Harry’s P.O.V
Maddie and I are going out tonight and I’m planning on proposing. Louis and Eleanor are looking after Brooklyn for us so we can be by ourselves. I was so happy that I can finally propose. I’ve wanted to since Christmas but it didn’t feel right because we hadn’t been together for that long. Maddie still wears her promise ring and I wanted to replace it with an engagement ring. Perrie and Zayn’s wedding had to be put on hold because Maddie got pregnant so she couldn’t be a bridesmaid. They’ve picked out everything and are getting married next month. I wanted to be getting married next. I already have a daughter but now I’m ready to take the next step. I had the table booked for 7pm and we had to leave soon. Maddie walked out of our bedroom wearing a gorgeous purple dress and some black heels, surprise, surprise. She went into the nursery and sorted Brooklyn out. She came out holding Brooklyn. “I’m ready, let’s go!” She said. I opened the door and we went to Louis’ to drop off Brooklyn. They had the travel crib there already so Brooklyn could stay overnight. They wanted to give us a break. When we’d left Brooklyn we went to the restaurant. “It feels weird not being with her.” Maddie said. “I know, but I start work again soon so I’ve got to get used to it.” I start work when Brooklyn is two months old. I wanted longer off but they couldn’t give me it. I'm touring until she’s a bit older though so I don't mind. I just have long days away from my girls. We arrived at the restaurant and they led us to our table. We were talking for a long time and Maddie decided to bring up work, but not for me, for her. “Harry, I feel wrong that you’re paying for all the baby stuff. I think I should get a job when Brooke’s a bit older.” She said. “I’m not paying for all of it; you’re actually paying for most of it. You need to stay home and look after Brooklyn, it’s your gap year so you need to enjoy it,” I told her. “Okay…” She said. After we had eaten I decided it was the best time to propose. I pulled the box out of my pocket and got down on one knee. She looked shocked. “Madeline Anderson, will you marry me?” I asked her. “Yes! Of course I will Harry!” She said standing up. I stood up and took the ring out of the box. I put her promise ring into the box and the engagement ring on her finger. She admired it. “It’s beautiful Harry, thank you.” She said hugging me. “Anything for you baby,” I said. I paid for the meal and we went home. Maddie checked her phone and she had a missed call from El. She quickly called her back. “El what’s the matter?” She worried. “We can’t get her to stop crying, I think she wants her parents.” I heard Eleanor reply. I laughed. “Oh okay, we’ll come and get her in a minute, you had me worried then.” Maddie sounded relieved. “Everything’s fine apart from the crying, it’s giving me a headache!” She said. “Okay, we’ll be there soon.” Maddie said and hung up. She started to laugh. “What?” I said. “Brooklyn is already giving El a headache, they’ve had her for what, 3 hours?” she said. I laughed, “At least it’s not waking them up at 1 in the morning!” I said. We pulled up in the parking lot and went upstairs to Louis’ apartment. We could hear Brooklyn crying from outside the door. We opened the door and Louis was standing trying to make Brooke be quiet. I walked over and took her from him. “Finally,” Louis said. I rocked her for a few minutes and she started to calm down. “How do you do that? We’ve been trying to do it for an hour and nothings worked!” He said amazed. I laughed, “I don’t even know.” I said. El noticed Maddie’s ring. “He proposed!!” She shouted running over to Maddie. “Wow he did good,” She said admiring Maddie’s ring, I laughed. Lou walked over and Eleanor pointed to it. “If you propose, I expect something like that.” She said. Louis laughed and looked at me. “Thanks mate, now I’ve got to get her an expensive ring when the time comes!” “Sorry, I only want the best for my girlfriend, or should I say fiancée.” She walked over and took Brooklyn from me, “Come on, I’m so tired.” She said. “Alright, bye guys.” I said waving at them. We went home and Maddie put Brooklyn to bed. “I love you Haz,” she said. “I love you too baby,” I told her.

Maddie’s P.O.V
When I woke up this morning I wanted to see what the press would be saying so I got up and searched on Google. There were two articles. One about our shopping trip and one about mine and Harry’s date, I decided to read them both. The one about the shopping trip read ‘One Direction takes their girlfriends and Harry’s daughter out for some shopping. This was the first time that the new parents have taken their child out of the house. They both looked very tired but still managed to enjoy the day with their friends. Madeline recently posted a picture of their newborn baby on Twitter with the caption ‘Meet mine and @Harry_Styles ‘s daughter, Brooklyn Styles’ causing many fans to go crazy over the baby’ That made me laugh. Then I read the second one. ‘Harry Styles and Madeline Anderson bored of parenthood already? The new parents were seen going on a date last night leaving their baby girl at home. All the other boys of One Direction live in the same apartment block so they probably left their daughter with one of them. The pair were seen enjoying a meal before going home but one thing was not left unnoticed. The diamond ring that Madeline went in wearing had been replaced with an even bigger one when they left, could the couple be engaged?’

-Skip 1 month-
Today is Perrie and Zayn’s wedding. We’re taking Brooklyn because everyone is going to the wedding and we don’t want to hire a babysitter. We were originally going to have someone look after her and then pick her up for the reception but we decided against that. It’s risky to have Brooke looked after by someone we don’t know. They told us that we should always leave her with family and friends if we are going to leave her anywhere because some crazy fans would kidnap her just to meet Harry. I don’t want to have my child kidnapped so we’re being safe. I’ll just take her out if she starts to cry. I was a bridesmaid and had a blue dress. I had to help Perrie so I left Brooklyn with Harry. I went to Perrie’s and she had a hairdresser doing her hair when I got there. I got changed into my dress and waited for the hairdresser to do my hair. It took us about 2 hours to get completely ready. “It’s time…” Perrie said nervously. “You’ll be fine,” I said. She was really nervous. This is going to be me in a few months. “Perrie, come this way,” The vicar said to her. She held my hand and went to where the vicar told her to stand. The vicar walked into the church and I could see Harry’s mum holding Brooklyn. The music started. Perrie let go of my hand and walked down the aisle. All the boys were standing at the end. Me, El, Dani and Belle followed after her. We got to the vicar and Perrie stood next to Zayn. They looked adorable together. When the wedding was over, we all went to the reception. Anne came over to me and handed Brooklyn to me. “She’s beautiful Maddie, and so are you.” She said. “Thank you Anne,” I replied. “Congratulations on your engagement by the way. In a few months you and Harry will be standing where Zayn and Perrie were today,” I laughed. “Thanks, yeah I know, it’s unbelievable.” I told her. “I’ll tell you a secret Maddie, Harry was ready to propose at Christmas when you had only been together for four months but he waited because it seemed too soon and then you fell pregnant with this little one.” I was shocked. When we had only been together for 4 months? “Wow, I don’t think I would have said yes then…” I confided in her. “Well it’s a good thing he didn’t then isn’t it.” She said, “I’ll leave you to talk to your friends.” She said before walking over to Gemma. I went to talk to Belle and then Harry came over. “What were you talking about with my mum?” He asked. “How you were ready to propose at Christmas,” I said. “I wish she hadn’t told you that…” He sighed. “Nah, it’s kinda cute.” I confessed, “Can we get the stroller out of the car? My arms are starting to ache.” I told him. “Yeah, I’ll go get it,” He said and ran off to the car. “Where’s he gone?” Niall asked. “To the car, he’s getting Brooklyn’s stroller,” I answered. “Oh right, I thought he was fleeing for a minute!” He laughed. Harry came back in with the stroller and I put Brooklyn in it. “Can you two look after Brooklyn whilst Harry and I go and talk to some people?” I asked El and Louis who were sitting down, “Yeah, but what if she starts to cry?” Louis said. “Then just move the stroller back and forth and she should quieten down.” Harry said. We left Brooklyn and went to talk to Perrie and Zayn. “Congrats guys,” Harry said. “Thanks, where’s my beautiful goddaughter?” Perrie asked. “With Louis and Eleanor,” I told her. She nodded her head. “Ah okay,” “So Mrs Malik, how does it feel to be married?” I asked. “Amazing, I love being married!” She squealed. I laughed and she hugged Zayn. “Alright, we’re going to talk to my parents, see you soon,” Harry told them. “That’ll be you soon,” Harry whispered to me as we walked up to his parents. “Hey guys,” Gemma said hugging us, “Where’s my niece?” She asked. “With Louis and Eleanor,” Harry said again. “Okay, you look beautiful Maddie!” She said. “Thank you,” I said and then Harry chipped in with “She does, doesn’t she?” I laughed and hugged him from the side. “You two are just too adorable!” She said and Anne came over. “Hey mum,” Harry said hugging her. “Hello Harry,” She greeted him. “Thanks for telling Maddie,” He said, “Sorry…” She looked down. “Oh shut up you, quit complaining!” I playfully hit him. We talked to Anne and Gemma for a while before going to sit with Eleanor and Louis. Eleanor was feeding Brooklyn and Louis started talking to us. “I’m getting worried you know, she’s getting broody.” He said to us. We laughed. “Sorry mate, you can look after Brooke as much as you like,” Harry told him. “Don’t say that! We’ll have her every night!” Louis shouted quietly. El looked up. “Don’t worry, I’m happy with a goddaughter Louis, calm down!” She reassured him. He sighed with relief causing everyone to laugh even Brooklyn smiled. “She smiled!” Eleanor said. “Awh,” I looked at her. She had dimples just like Harry. Her hair was blonde and wavy a mix of mine and Harry’s. We stayed at the reception for about 3 hours before we decided to take Brooklyn home. I put Brooklyn to bed and sat on the couch cuddled up to Harry. I wasn’t really tired and neither was he. I sat up and started to make out with him, he unzipped my dress and slid it off before picking me up and taking me into the bedroom. I took off his suit jacket and shirt and we continued to make out. He took his trousers off and then moved his hands to my bra strap. He played with it for a while before unhooking it and throwing the bra on the floor. I took off his boxers and his hard length sprung free. He removed my underwear and reached for a condom before putting it on and thrusting into me. This was the first time we have had sex since I found out I was pregnant and it felt so good. We were going for about 10 minutes before he released and then we decided to stop. He took off the condom and tied a knot in it before throwing it in the bin. We got into bed and lay there until Brooklyn started to cry. Harry grabbed some boxers out of the drawer, put them on and walked into the nursery. I got up and showered before getting ready for bed. Harry came back in and collapsed on the bed. I wasn’t really tired so I stayed up and watched some TV in the living room before going to bed. We were woken up about 3 times by Brooklyn and then gave up trying to sleep at 7am.

Harry got up and showered and I sorted out Brooklyn. We’ve invited everyone round today and they’re all coming apart from Perrie and Zayn who are on their honeymoon. Louis wasn’t too happy about it because he thinks Eleanor is getting too attached to Brooklyn and that she’s going to want kids of her own soon. I got dressed and tidied up before everyone arrived. The first thing Dani said when they walked in was “I think this is the first time I’ve seen you wear flats since the day you came out of hospital.” I laughed because it was true. “Where’s Brooklyn?” El asked. “Sleeping, she’s been up all night so she’s finally gone to sleep.” Louis laughed at my response. “What?” I said. “She’s not the only one that’s been up all night, you two were still at it when we got in,” I started to blush. Oh god they heard us again! “I’m not surprised she was awake, your groaning kept us awake.” Louis continued. “Alright, shut up!” I shouted not being able to stand it anymore. I walked into the bedroom and locked myself in there. I was in there for about 30 minutes before getting up and walking out and straight into the nursery. I sat with Brooklyn in my arms until El came in. “Sorry about Louis, he doesn’t know when to shut up.” She said. She came and sat next to me. I gave her Brooklyn because I knew how much she wanted to hold her. “Do you want your own kids?” I asked her. “Kinda yeah but Louis doesn’t, he wants to wait. We’re already 23 and I don’t want to be a really old mum.” She confessed. “That’s cute, talk to him.” I said before getting up and walking out. I walked into the kitchen where Harry was standing talking to Niall. “Hey babe,” He said when I came in. “Hi,” I said walking over to him. He put his arm around my waist and kissed my forehead. “Ignore Louis, he’s an idiot sometimes.” Niall said. “I heard that!” Louis called from the living room. “You were meant to!” Niall called back. I laughed and got something to eat. “We’re gonna go,” I heard Liam and Danielle say. I walked to the doorway of the kitchen and said goodbye. Niall and Belle left shortly after. Louis went into the nursery to get Eleanor. “Louis, can we talk?” I heard her say. “Sure El, what do you want to talk about?” He asked. “Umm… I want kids…” She said quietly. Louis didn’t speak for a while but then replied “I’ll think about it, can we go now?” They got up and said goodbye before leaving. I walked into the bedroom and Harry was on the phone. “Okay, yeah okay, bye.” “Who was that?” I asked. “Management, I start work again tomorrow.” He said looking down. “I thought you were starting next week?” I said confused. “Yeah I was but they need the album earlier now so we’ve got to start work on it tomorrow,” I didn’t mind because he would still be at home at night so I’d still get to see him. “Okay,” I said walking out of the bedroom.
