Chapter 11: Maddie’s P.O.V

I’m going home today. We all have to leave. Me and El have got classes. Dani has rehearsals and Perrie is needed by the rest of her band. The boys were seeing us off like we had done to them. I promised myself I wouldn’t cry this time. He’s back in two weeks. We said goodbye and walked off towards the plane. I hadn’t cried this time but I really wanted to. The others were used to saying goodbye but I wasn’t. They fussed over me and assured me it was going to be okay. On the plane we sat and talked until we fell asleep. We woke up about an hour before landing so we just talked again. We landed and got our luggage. Belle was picking us up so we went and looked for her car. It was raining and I didn’t really have appropriate clothing for rain so the others went and got her to bring the car to me! She drove us back to the apartment where we said goodbye and I went upstairs. I had some work to do for Uni so I got on with it. Then I got a text,
From: Harry<3<3xxx
Miss you already baby, see you soon. Love you xxx
I smiled and texted him back.
To: Harry<3<3xxx
I miss you too, yeah. Love you more xxxx
He replied challenging my ‘Love you more’ and then said that he was going to sleep. I carried on with my work. After I’d finished I went on twitter. One tweet caught my attention: ‘1Dluvsme: ‘@MadsAnderson Why don’t you just go die? It’s obvious Harry is happier without you.’’ That hurt. I decided to reply:
‘MadsAnderson: ‘@1Dluvsme: I’m sure 1D will love you even more for telling one of their girlfriends to go die.’’ She replied almost immediately.
‘@MadsAnderson: ‘Well if you did they would be happier,’’ Then El chipped in.
‘EleanorJCalder: ‘@1Dluvsme Harry would not be better off without @MadsAnderson he adores her. If he lost her he wouldn’t be able to cope.’’ Awh Eleanor.
‘1Dluvsme: ‘@EleanorJCalder Yeah right, he’d have a party to celebrate, just like @Louis_Tomlinson would if you died.’’ That’s just sour.
‘Louis_Tomlinson: @1Dluvsme, Telling our girlfriends to go and die won’t make us like you. I wouldn’t be able to function without Eleanor and Harry wouldn’t be able to function without Maddie. So stop sending hate to them.’’
Some fans can be horrible. I decided to text Louis and El to thank them for sticking up for me. Louis said Harry would have gotten involved but he’s asleep. I just laughed and went to bed.
-2 weeks later-
I’ve just finished University for the semester. Harry is coming home later today so I went home to get ready to pick him up from the airport. When I was ready I went downstairs and waited for the girls. I was driving all of us to the airport and the others were going in the van back but I had to drive back. I was wearing 6 inch wedges so it was going to be hard to drive but I have to. When the girls arrived they immediately said “You’re not driving in those heels!” I laughed. “Yes I am, let’s go.” They got into the car and we drove to the airport with no problems, even with my 6 inch wedges on! The boys came out and the others ran. I couldn’t run and when Harry got to me he looked quite disappointed. He looked down at my shoes and immediately understood. “Hey gorgeous, did you drive here in those?” He asked hugging me. “Yeah, it wasn’t that bad really!” He laughed. “Give me your keys, I’ll drive us home.” I gave him my car keys. We walked towards the exit with the others trailing after us. We stopped at the exit so I could say hi to the other boys and then we got into my car and went home. I was so happy that Harry was home even if I was only with him for another week. It’s better than nothing. “Haz, do you want to come home with me for Christmas?” I asked him unlocking my door. “I thought you wanted to go on your own?” He looked confused. “I did originally but now I want you to come and meet my family.” I smiled at him. “Oh okay, I’ll have to check with my mum.” He said. We walked into my apartment. I had a picture of me and him at the airport on the wall. He was carrying me and I had my legs wrapped around him. It was when he was leaving for Australia. “Hey, you didn’t have that before!” he said pointing at it. “Yeah I know, but I wanted a picture of us and the paps took a really nice one so I got it printed off and framed it.” I told him. “Ah okay.” He said walking over to me. He put his arms around my waist and I put my arms around his neck and we started to kiss. We made out for a couple of minutes until we were out of breath and then went to lie down. I was so tired. “I saw what that girl said to you on twitter.” Harry started, “None of it was true, we don’t love her and I wouldn’t be better off without you, I love you Mads.” “I know Harry don’t worry, I’m not going to listen to those people. They’re just jealous because I’m dating you.” He nodded. “I’m glad you don’t take it to heart and I’m sorry I didn’t defend you, I was asleep.” “Yeah, Louis said.”
