*KYLIES POV*

For the first time in what felt like years I woke up with a huge smile on my face. I rolled over to feel for Harry but he was gone. I looked on the night stand and saw a note that said Kylie <3.
"I'm sorry I wasn't there when you woke up. I had some stuff do to this morning. Ill pick you up after work. Love you. Harry." read out loud and smiled. I decided that it was time for me to get up so I had time to go home and get ready for work. I put my clothes back on and made sure to lock Harry's front door. I walked outside his apartment with a huge smile on my face. This was going to be a good day.

*HARRYS POV*

I had to get out of my house before Kylie woke up. I couldn't sleep at all. I didn't want her to love me and I didn't want to love her, we aren't good for each other. i'm not even 100 % sure if we do love each other. I never thought that 6 months ago my casual fuck buddy would be the first person I had actually fallen for.. that I could possibly be in love with. I thought about Kylie and how amazing her life is. I wouldn’t want to do anything to ruin that so I did the one thing I thought was right. I wasn’t sure if I truly loved Kylie.. but I knew for a fact that I cared about her very much and I would never want to hurt her. which is why I decided to let her go before it was too late.
“Hey…it’s me.. can we meet? I need to talk to you about something important.” I said into the phone
“uhhh what is this about?” the voice said back into the phone
“I want to tell you in person. Does the park work? In 10? I said back
“uhh yeah…” they replied
I hung up and walked into the local library where nowhere would ever expect to find me. I pulled out a pen and a piece of paper and started to write Kylie a letter explaining everything.
‘Ky let me just start off by saying you are one of the greatest things that have ever happened to me and that is why I have to let you go. These six months have been the best six months of my life and as much as it hurts me I have to let you move on from me. I’m no good for you Kylie and you need to understand what I’m doing is only because I care about you so much. I wasn’t sure when I said I love you if I truly meant it, but I’ve never been so sure about something in my life when I say that I love you Kylie. I really do which is why I need you to listen to what I’m telling you and just move on with your life. I wish you the best baby I really do, you are such an amazing person. I know you’ll probably hate me after this which is why I just have to say it… I’ll always love you Kylie. Always. Enjoy your last 4 months of summer baby and don’t let me cross your mind. I love you Kylie and I’m sorry I’m not good enough for you.- H’
After I was done writing the letter a tear fell from my eye and onto the envelope. I quickly whipped my eyes and walked out of the library through the back so no one wondered what I was doing there. I quickly made my way over to the park and watched for the person I was waiting for to show… and then I saw her.
“I’m here Harold. What do you want? Alexis asked me clearly still bitter about the whole Niall thing.
“ I need you to do something for me.” I said looking down
“uhh.. what is it?” she said clearly confused on why she is here.
“ I need you to give this letter to Kylie. Please.” I looked at her and I could feel tears coming out of my eyes. Ohh great.
“umm.. okay….Harry is everything okay?” she asked confused
“yeah its I….just I have to go.. she thinks im picking her up from work today. Just tell her im really sorry.” I said handing her the letter before walking away.

*ALEXIS POV*

I was so confused about what just happened.. why was Harry crying? What was in this letter? I never in a million years thought I would see Harry Styles cry. I knew something was wrong and I wanted to make sure Harry wasn’t going to do anything stupid. I picked up the phone and called Niall.
*HARRYS POV*
I drove to the basketball courts where I knew everyone would be hanging out I saw them all standing around and walked up to them.
“Harry! “ I heard Louis call out
“lou!” I said laughing
“where have you been? You didn’t show up last night!” Zayn said taking a hit off a blunt.
“oh I just got busy…” I said smirking
“ohhh” the boys all nodded
We all stood around smoking and hanging out. I got so wrapped up in all this Kylie stuff it was nice to just get high and hang with the guys. After the 5th blunt that got passed around I knew I was pretty fucking high. I started looking around when I saw El, Sophia, Perrie and Nikki walking up to us.
“oh fuck I totally forgot to pick Nikki up.” I said laughing and hitting my hand on my head. Yup I was fucking high.
“yeah… you really did.” Nikki said clearly annoyed
“im sorry babe ill make it up to you.” I said winking and wrapping my arms around her waist.
“where’s Niall?” I said looking around noticing he was missing.
“don’t know… you guys wanna go back to my house?” Louis asked smirking
We all nodded in agreement before walking towards the cars. I knew that I was going to fuck Nikki tonight. It was the only way I could slowly start getting over Kylie.

KYLIES POV*

I didn’t get off work until a little later because my mom had decided to go on a month long retreat with her friends. She left me home alone but Alexis offered to stay with me so I wasn’t alone. After I was done cleaning up and closing I walked outside and checked my phone waiting for Harry to come pick me up.
I checked my phone and I didn’t have anything from Harry just a few texts from my mom and one from Alexis.I looked up and saw Alexis walking towards me… and was that Niall with her? well that’s something I never thought Id see. I love Niall and I was sad when him and Lex broke up. He was like a brother to me but I promised Alexis I wouldn’t talk to him anymore to support her.
“Hey guys!” I said waving at them
“hey Ky.. umm.. we’ve gotta talk.” Alexis said quietly.
“okay! Can we talk later though.. im waiting for someone…- I was going to finish my sentence but I was cut off by Alexis hug cutting me off. She looked up at me and looked sad.
“Ky… Harry isn’t coming.” Niall said standing behind me.
“what?” I said confused looking at both of them.
“Kylie. Hes not coming he asked me to give you this letter and said to tell you he’s sorry.” Alexis said handing a white envelope.
“no… just this morning.. he..” I could feel tears coming to my eyes.
“come on.. we can talk about it more when we get home.” Niall said walking me to the car
I sat in the car in silence trying to wrap my head around what is happening. I didn’t understand what happened everything seemed fine. I just didn’t get it. Tears at this point were just flowing out of my eyes and I couldn’t stop. This couldn’t happen to me again not after what happened last time. It just couldn’t. we got to my house and Niall came and helped me out of the car.I walked inside and sat on the couch.
“Ky do you want anything.. water…?” Niall said walking towards the kitchen while Alexis sat next to me on the couch.
“No I just want to read the letter.” I said quietly.
Alexis nodded and handed me the letter. I took a deep breath before I started to read it. I couldn’t even finish it because I was crying too hard I couldn’t read. The tears just kept coming and coming. I felt numb, like I couldn’t feel my body. I felt like my heart had been ripped out and stomped on. This can’t be happening to me, not again.
“Ky..” Niall said looking at me. “Talk to us please Ky.”
I just sobbed even harder into Niall’s chest while he held me tight to him. Niall might come off as a total ass hole because he was but once you got to know him, I mean really know him he is the nicest person you’ll ever meet.
Alexis took the letter from my hand and laid her head down on the other side of Niall. After I stopped crying Niall carried me up the stairs and laid me down in bed and kissed the top of my head.
“you’ll be okay alright Ky. I promise.” Niall said smiling. I just nodded and laid my head on my pillow.
“ill be right back okay?” Alexis said before walking out of the room.

*ALEXIS POV*

“is she going to be okay?” niall said putting on his jacket. God he is so hot.
“yeah. I think so.. did you even know about her and Harry? I said back quietly
“no.. I didn’t have a clue. You?” he said walking closer to me.
“nope.” I responded popping the ‘P’
“well im going to Louis tonight and im going to try and talk to Harry about it. Ill come back tomorrow to check on Ky.” Niall said walking towards the door.I just nodded and walked him with him to his car.
“Niall.. “ I said standing by the door.
“yeah?” he said back getting closer to me.
“Thank you.” I said giving him a kiss on the cheek.
“Ill see you tomorrow lex.” He said smiling before getting in the car.
I walked back into the house and into Kylies room. I was a little hurt she didn’t tell me about Harry but I figured I would ask about her when she was ready. I just really hoped this wasn’t another Brandon situation. I don’t think Kylie would be able to come back from it, Brandon just hurt her too badly. I got in bed and snuggled into my best friend, even though It was only 10 I was exhausted. I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.

*NIALLS POV*

I got to Louis and started to walk inside, I really didn't want to be here I was worried about Kylie. I know I hadn't been there for her since Lex and I broke up but she was like a sister to me and I promised her she would never had to feel how she did after Brandon.
"Niall" Louis shouted from the couch clearly wasted.
"Hey Lou... Uhh where's Harry?" I said scanning the room.
"Kitchen" Louis pointed.
I walked into the kitchen and saw Harry and Nikki making out, she was sitting on the counter and he was between her legs. I cant believe hes already hooking up with someone new.
"Harry!" I said making him look at me
"Niall!" he said back clearly shit faced. He came over to me and gave me a hug.
"Niall where were you?" he said touching my head. "I was with Kylie Harry." I said back sternly. Harry's smile quickly faded away " don't niall. just don't." he said shaking his head walking away.
