I was in the car going to Harry’s.
I was at a stop light and took a quick look around the street, when I saw Dustin…. I noticed him right away… I mean how could I forget what that heart breaker looked like?

That got me so mad… I forgot to tell harry that he moved in the beginning of the next year he broke up with me… I hoped and wished that I would never see him again…. This was the first time I had seen him in about 4 years.
I wanted to keep watching him but the light turned green. I wanted to give him a piece of my mind and show him what he missed out on… so I took a U-turn and turned into the closet parking lot to Dustin. I literally turned so fast my tires screeched. I ran out of the car tripping and walked quickly but, fashionably to him…
“hi Dustin” I said “miss me”? I asked
“Gabby….? Is that you”? he asked
“duh of course it is” I said not even caring about how mean and snotty I sounded but he was so mean and a player to me so PAYBACK TIME I GUESS
I WAS GOING TO GIVE HIM A PIECE OF MY MIND NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENED
He wasn’t responding so I guess it was my turn to talk
“I thought you moved”? I said
“yeah I did but I’m just visiting my friends….. I’m walking to Lily’s right now….”
“oh so you’re seeing lily? Are you still together”? I asked
“Nope…” he said
“so how are you still friends….? You NEVER becomes friends with you ex.” I exclaimed
“well we are friends so …” he said
“so you’re not even going to bring up the break up with me and how sorry you are…”? I said angrily
“Common Gabby, that was in the past.” He said
“ok… I don’t care you should fix your mistakes and it was a mistake of treating me like that” I said
I started to remember the horrible memories of being with him and a tear dropped from my eyes…
He saw that a tear formed form my eye and dropped
“I’m sorry…. I hate seeing a girl cry” he said
Wow I think he changed… the old Dustin would have never said that to ME he would have said that to Lilly though …. I hate her
He came up to me and hugged me… just like he did at the end of the day in school before he asked me out
I felt a little happy that he would hug me in public because when he dated me in school he wouldn’t even talk to me…
I was actually suppressed that we were now off in a good note… WOW
“hey so I kinda wanna get to know you again… If you forgive me… I would want to be friends again… maybe start over” Dustin said
I thought long and hard taking 15secounds thinking….
“ok… we could start over…” I said
“do you have my number”? I asked
“actually I deleted it…. But were starting over that doesn’t matter “ Dustin said
“ok, here lemme type it into your phone”. I said grabbing his phone from his hand…
Then I saw his lockscreen…. It was of me and him. He had made a collage of pictures of him and me..
“huh?” I said looking at him confused
“I really missed you… after like 2 years I matured… I thought long and hard about you and how much I missed you… it took two years though and I changed” he said
I literally started to cry
I was speechless…
“I didn’t have your number anymore and I knew you wouldn’t want to speak to me so I felt like a failure… I missed out on you…”
“wow. Your serious?” I asked
“of course”
“I have to go…”I said HARRY WAS WAITING FOR ME PROBALY HONEY JUST WAITING THERE FOR ME
“all text you though tonight alright…. Or all call you and we can finish this convo after…. I have to meet someone and im late”
“wait” he said but I just turned around and went straight to my car. Not looking back
Should I tell Harry?? I didn’t want to ruin our romantic date night though…
I didn’t like Dustin… right? No I don’t, those are just feelings of confusion
I knew I was lying though
