Chapter 11 -dustin-

“ thanks harry, really, you make me feel happy about myself. I’ve really never had anyone that made me feel that way before and now I actually believe it, because it’s coming from you.” She said. “see my other boyfriend was just terrible…”
“who was he?” I asked angrily. It made me mad to think that anyone would hurt Gabby sense, you know, I really cared about her.
Gabby started to get teary eyed. And I patiently waited for her to speak

Now Gabbys POV

“well it was two years ago… his name is Dustin..” I said…
“He moved here 2 years ago, and he came here in the middle of the year. He was in my class. My teacher asked me to help him around, show him where each class was. So I did and he started so flirt with me. We got to be closer and he asked me out. He had also been dating a girl named Lily on and off. They went out then they broke up. In total they had probably went out 15 times maybe…”
I got a little teary eyed and then finished my sentence
“he had had a fight with Liliy and was single. So he asked me out…” I said

“so gabby, do you want to go out with me?”
I smiled at him
My friend Lauren was right near me and I had told her all about me and Dustin’s relationship
She had said to me if he asks me out that I should say no because she had a feeling he would break my heart. I didn’t really belive her because I was sort of desperate for a boyfriend. Any boy that liked me as long as he wasn’t ugly I would have went out with him and flirted with him.
“well I just don’t want you to break Gabbys heart” Lauren said trying to assure that he wouldn’t
“I won’t” he said
Lauren talked to me quietly and told me it’s a bad idea. That I shouldn’t go out with him, he’d break my heart
I shook my head “yes” to Dustin to show him that I would go out with him. I Didn’t want to say yes because Lauren would hear me and get mad.
so than I obviously told gabby that I was going out with dustin and she did get a little mad.
he asked me out and a Friday. My other friend Stacy talked to dustin and got him number for me soo we could text.
We had like over 200 texts that weekend :)
Than that Monday in school he didn’t talk to me at all. I passed him in school no hi or hellos like he used to do when we weren’t going out. I was sad but we still texted slot after school. It’s like he didn’t even know in school.
I was always the quite girl in school and he was the bad boy, the trouble maker…
Almost a week had went by that we were dating only 1 day left! Lauren had talked to Dustin in school and he told her that he would brake upp with me soon. She told me that during unch so when I got home I texted him, confused and told him what Lauren told me. Hes like yeah I am. He told me its because we wasn’t allowed to go out with anyone anymore because of parents. They wouldn’t let him go out with girls because he was such a trouble maker… I was sad. He broke up with me in a text. And guess who was there to tell me “I told you so” …

“yea right… I eventually found out he just went out with me because he was bored and just wanted to have some fun. One of my other friends Jenna went out with him and he was a pervert to her. He touched her but by “accident””

“I can’t believe anyone would treat you like that Gabby” harry said.
He came up to me and gave me a hug
I looked at the clock
“oh darn its almost 7.45” I said “let’s get ready for the day”
