Harry returned to the lounge room after putting Darcy down. He rested himself right next to me on the lounge and pulled me into his side. I rested my head on his chest as he lay his head on the top of mine.
"So how are we going to do this?", he asked, referring to our deal.
"I have no idea. We just CAN'T get attached", I say.
He chuckled, "I know, you've told me about one hundred times"
"Well, I can't stress enough the importance of that. I'm not ready for anything like that"
"Tell me", he spoke.
I sat up, looking at him, "Tell you what?"
"Tell me about your past. I want to know why you can't trust me", he spoke.
"H-Harry I can't", I said, barely a whisper.
"Please. I need to know", he pressed his forehead against mine.
"I...", I started. I then took a deep breath and forced it out of me, "I was living in a very violent and unsafe household. My mother was into drinking and drugs and so was my father. But he was abusive and horrible. One day, this boy who looked a couple of years older than me came into the house and all I can remember my father saying to him was 'She's yours now'. I was thirteen! The man took me and I was forced to live with him. He was into the things my father was but he would sexually abuse me and beat me until I was unconscious. And that's how Logan came. I didn't tell him that I was pregnant, because I knew he would hate it and hurt it. So, I asked Maggie and Luna to help me. And they did. They called the police and in the middle of the night we had about twenty guys in uniforms barge through the doors and took him away", I said, looking down into my lap. I refused to look at Harry, but he forced me to look at him.
"Thank you", he spoke, kissing my forehead.
"Tell me about you then", I say, "Darcy's mother and how she came about"
Harry took a deep breath, nodding his head before opening his mouth to speak, "I met a girl at a club. I had always had the name of the 'player and flirt' so I thought that it wouldn't really make a difference. We went back to my hotel room and slept together. A couple of months later while I was on tour, I got a message from her, her name was Ashley. She said that we needed to talk because it was important so I agreed, not knowing that she would say she was pregnant. I met up with her and she was nothing like I remembered. She looked, kind of homeless and a bit like a...tramp. She told me and then said that she didn't want it. I begged her not to get an abortion and she said she wouldn't, if I paid her. And I did. She came on tour with us, but nobody knew. Once she had Darcy, she left. She told me not to contact her and not to tell anyone that the baby was hers. I never had any feelings for her. I was just angry and upset with her for wanting to kill an innocent baby that hadn't had a chance to live yet. Since then, Darcy has gone everywhere with me. I haven't spoken to Ashley since", he says.
"Woah", I say.
"Yeah", he says back.
"At least you know she wasn't in it for the fame", I say. He nods slowly.
"I guess you're right. But she was always clingy when she was on tour with us. And wanting to have sex. Everyone had to keep an eye on her because if we turned our backs on her for two seconds she would have jumped into bed with some guy"
She sounded like a bitch if you ask me. But I wouldn't say that to Harry, I wouldn't want to hurt his feelings or make him worry about Darcy.
"Look on the bright side, everything is perfect now!", I smile to Harry. He nods, pulling me onto him again and we cuddled for the remainder of the night, watching movies.



It was perfect, to say the least.
