Movie Night and Break Ups
Louis POV
"Hey Louis!" Eleanor chirps from the other line.
"Hey babe," I reply back.
"Whatcha doin?"
"Just hanging with Harry and Zoe,"
"Oh.... Zoe?" she asks, worry in her voice.
"Yes, Zoe. Why?"
"Um..."
"Do you not like her?" I ask her.
"Well.. not really. It's just..."
"It's just what?" I ask, getting quite annoyed. I shouldn't be getting annoyed, I know that, but I can't help it. Reconnecting with Zoe just made me realize how much I missed her. I know I have a girlfriend and a gorgeous one, but....
"I don't think she likes me. Is she intimidated by me?" she snaps me out of my thoughts.
"Why would she be intimidated?" I ask her.
"Well..." I can tell she feels bad about what she is saying. "She's just so.... normal and normal looking..." She stutters.
"El..."
"I know I sound bad, but I just can't help it." She mumbles. She does sound bad, but I'm not going to call her up on that. I hear a cough form behind me and I turn around to see Zoe looking at me.
"Tell her," she mouths. I know she's right. I have to tell her, if I don't our relationship will never be the same.
"El, I need to talk to you, in person," I add.
"Um ok... right now?" She asks.
"The sooner the better," I sigh.
"Is...Is everything okay?" I hear her ask. I feel so bad. I'm a dick. I shouldn't have feelings for Zoe, but I do. And I can't help that. Eleanor doesn't deserve this, no one does. Eleanor is perfect.
"Babe?" I hear her ask again.
"Just meet me at Starbucks, now" I tell her.
"Okay," she says and I end the call.
I feel like shit. I'm shit. With those thoughts on my head, I fall to my knees and break down crying. Why am I such a fuck-up?
"Lou? Everything is going to be ok," I hear Zoe reassure. But, I know it's not. And I'm pretty sure she knows as well.
----------------------------------
I walk into the nearby Starbucks where I always meet Eleanor. I am in my usual disguise, a pair of aviators and a beanie. I look around the building, landing eyes on Eleanor. She looks worried and I instantly feel guiltier. We lock eyes, even with my glasses on and I walk up to her.
"Hey," she whispers.
"Hi," I say, trying to smile, but it barely shows.
"So?" she asks.
"I...I don't mean to hurt you. I wasn't thinking. I..."
"What did you do Lou?" she says, tears already brimming in her eyes. She doesn't even know what I did and she's alreay crying.
"I kissed someone," I say, looking down.
"Omigod," she whispers and I can hear a tiny sob escape from her mouth. "Was it with her?"
"Yes," I admit. She looks down.
"Why'd you do it, Lou?" she asks me. She's still calling me Lou. That's a good sign.
"I think... I think I still like her."
"I knew you did," she frowns.
"I'm sorry, El. I truly am,"
"So what does this mean?" she asks me. I honestly don't even know. It's all up to her. But, do I even want to be with her still? If I kissed Zoe, does that mean I want her? Do I even have feelings for Eleanor?
"I... I don't know,"
"Well, we should stay in touch. I'm sorry, but I can't stay with you. But I know I'll forgive you one way or another. So, for now, this is goodbye." She said, with confidence.
"I'd be totally ok if you slapped me right now," I mumbled.
"I'm not that type Lou," She smiles, weakly.
"I'll see you around," she says, as she walks out.
"Bye Eleanor," I whisper, even though I know she can't hear me.

Zoe POV
"He's talking to Eleanor," I tell Harry.
"That's good,"
"Ya..." I say. This is one of the awkwardest conversations I have ever been in.
"Do you like Louis?" he finally asks, breaking the silence.
"I have yet to know the answer myself," I smile.
"Well, if you don't, I'm always here." He winks.
"I'll think about it," I wink back.
"Wanna watch a movie and clear this awkward air?" He asks.
"Oh thank god, yes," I say, releasing a breath that I didn't even know I was holding. He laughs and grabs my arm, dragging me into their cinema room. I can barely keep up with him, especially when he drags me up the stairs. Their house is huge, I might add. When we get there, we kneel next to the huge movie shelf.
"Okay, pick two movies out and I'll pick two. THen we can decide between them." he tells me and I nod in agreement.
I look through the ceiling high self and smile when I see one of my favorite movies on it, The Truman Show. I pick it out from the shelf and continue looking through the movies until I stumble upon Frozen (I know it's not out yet, but I've now seen that movie three times in the theatre and I can't help it. I'm in love with it. ugh)
"Done," I smile, hiding the two movies behind my back.
"Me too," he laughs, holding his behind his back as well.
"What's your first one?" I ask him. He takes one of the movies from behind him and hold it in front of me Insidious.
"Hahahahahahaha no,"
"Why not?" he asks
"I can't do scary," I tell him.
"I'll protect you,"
"What's your other movie?" I ask him. He reveals his other movie and I laugh seeing Love Actually.
"Really Harry?" I ask him, with amusement on my face.
"What? It's my favorite. What did you pick?" he asks me.
"I chose the movies of all time. The Truman Show and Frozen," I show him.
"Nooooo. I am not watching Disney." he tells me.
"What? These are my two favorite movies. I was surprised you had them," I smile.
"The Frozen movie is Liam's. He left it here. And The Truman Show is mine, I have to agree though it is a great movie." He smiles. "Why don't we just watch them all?" he finally asks.
"Why not? I'm not doing anything," I laugh, while hopping on the only couch in the room. He smiles and puts in the first movie and comes to sit next to me. "Which movie did you put in?" I ask him. He doesn't answer and I automatically know which one. "No... you didn't," He just smirks.
"Harry! Now I'm going to be scared all night!"
"You can just stay here for the night. Plus, I'm here for you. I won't let the scary monsters get you," He mocks. I give him an annoyed look and try to look brave.
Once the movie starts, I automatically lose my confidence, but I don't want to show Harry. I shriek a couple of times and Harry laughs, knowing I would be completely screaming if I wasn't trying so hard to prove him wrong.
"Give up the act and come snuggle with me!" Harry yells, opening his arms out for me. I'm tempted, but don't. I need to prove him wrong.
"You're the baby here, Harry. I don't need you, you need me. You're probably super scared," I say.
"Alright, you caught me. Now come here!" I shake my head in response. "Fine. But when the monsters get to you, remember, I tried." he says. I ignore him and look back at the screen, regretting it immediately, seeing the scariest face ever pop up. This time I really do shriek and scurry into Harry's arms. He seems shocked at first, but then quickly wraps his arms around me.
"See, that wasn't so hard," He laughs. I smile foolishly to his answer. I feel him wrap his arms tighter around me and pushes his chin into my neck. I instantly feel safe, even with the movie playing in the back.
"Thanks," I breathe. Harry nods and we continue to watch the movie. I'm still scared, but Harry calms me down for every single time. When the movie is over, Harry groans, knowing he'll have to put in the next one. Meaning, he'll have to get up. And trust ne, I don't want him to get up either.
"Which next?" he asks me.
"FROZEN!" I clap. He laughs at me and smiles, putting in the movie. I smile back and wait for him to climb back on the overly large couch, before I snuggle back in with him.
"Hey Louis!" Eleanor chirps from the other line.
"Hey babe," I reply back.
"Whatcha doin?"
"Just hanging with Harry and Zoe,"
