Promise Me One Thing Though?

Rebecca’s POV:

She guided me to the living room, and we sat on the marvelous white couches. “I’m Anne, and you have no idea how glad am I to have found you.” I directly responded as I crossed my leg over the other: “Thank you so much really, the important matter is Harry’s recovery.” I think my words were chosen wisely, since she smiled spontaneously after hearing them. “Coffee or tea love?” I shook my head: “That’s alright, I’m fine as I am. Thank you for offering.” I answered politely, and she replied: “Well then how will we be able to discuss everything without a warm cup? I take your coffee is plain?” I instantly replied: “If it’s possible, I’d take it with 2 spoons of sugar please?” She nodded. “Rosa please could you prepare coffee for me and my guest? I’ll have the regular, and for her she’ll have 2 spoons of sugar added.” She called out to the housekeeper and instructed her elegantly like the person she is.
…. 20 Minutes Later ….
We talked about my education, and I even showed her a print out of my CV and qualifications; I was more than glad that she was impressed. What made her happier was the fact that I was the one taking care of Harry at the hospital, and that I knew about everything in his file. “Now Rebeca, you must know that I won’t be here at all times. I will be going back and forth to Holmes Chapel, so you need to take control and please feel free over here. If you ever had a night shift over here, be more than relaxed to stay over. I already have prepared a guest room for you upstairs just in case that happened. Please promise me one thing though?” Her generosity was more than heartwarming, but the last thing she requested made me curious.
“First of all thank you for that really, but I don’t think I will be in the need to sleep over. And sure please do tell me?” She sighed and placed her coffee cup on the glass table. “I want you to be patient with Harold as much as possible, I don’t know if this is going to last more, but since he woke up he has been a little bit agitated and argumentative. He is like a 20 year old child, and his words might sound negative. But, he truly won’t mean it.” Deep down I was shocked from what I’ve heard, but I maintained a smile escorted with my answer: “It’s totally fine, he’s in safe hands and I promise you that nothing of what he says will hurt me. My job is to make him heal fast, and not argue with his sensitive case.” I have no idea why, but she leaned and hugged me softly.
“Thank you for being this mature and understanding. It’s quite impressive how a 20 year old young lady like you is this polite and modest. Nowadays, girls are more of rebels than leaders.” That must have been one of the best compliments I have ever heard; this lady is smart and honest, and I like that a lot. “May I see Harry now please?” I asked as she stood up, and made me follow her action: “Certainly, he’s upstairs with his friend. Follow me dear.” She walked upstairs as I glanced on the steps I took; I had to memorize the location for future leads, because this house was twice as big as my own.
She knocked on the door, and then opened it to enter. My excitement was off the roof, once I saw Harry awake and dazzled on how wonderful his eyes were in real life; and what made me happier was to see Louis again! “Harry, this is you nurse, Rebeca. (She placed an arm around my shoulder and made me come closer to the bed where Harry was in.) Rebeca this is my son Harold.” I smiled, but to my shock he was still quite and looking at me with wide stares from those green orbs of his.
