Friends?

(Skip about 2 weeks) (Lizy’s POV)
“Hey Lizy Cassie’s here. We’re gonna go get ice cream” Niall yelled from the doorway.
“Okay” I said trying not to sound jealous. That by the way was very hard. Niall and Cassie had started dating about 2 days after Niall got out of the hospital. I heard Niall’s car pull away. He was almost never home now. I missed my best friend.
The rest of the day I went shopping for some clothes and food. Especially food because when you live with 5 boy’s you need A LOT of food. When I got home Niall was back and I hoped Cassie wasn’t there. But of course she was.
“Hey Lizy” Cassie said very happily.
“Hey” I said trying to match her enthusiasm. Then I heard footsteps coming down the stairs. It was Harry. When he saw me he broke into a big smile. Then he ran to pick me up and spun me around while laughing. We had gotten really close after the hospital.
“Hey Liz” He said and placed me on the ground.
“Hey Harry” I said still laughing.
“I was wondering if we could have some sort of party tonight” he told me.
“Yeah that would be awesome” I said
“Hey Niall do you and Cassie want to join us?” Harry asked Niall.
“Yeah sounds fun” He looked over at Cassie and smiled she smiled back. In my head I was crying but I just smiled. I told the other boys about the plan. Then I told my mom. Turns out she was leaving for Florida to visit family. So that means we could spice it up a little.
(3 hours later)
We were all sitting in the living room drinking our beers just randomly talking when Niall spoke up.
“Hey Lizy I was wondering if Cassie could stay the night” he asked me.
“Ummm yeah I guess that’s fine” I said but it really wasn’t.
“Also could she stay with me in your room” He asked but never looked at me.
“I guess but where would I sleep?” I asked. He was about to sat something when Cassie interrupted him.
“You can sleep on the couch” She said and smirked at me. Ugh I couldn’t take her anymore!
“Why don’t you sleep on the couch and Niall as well. This is my house” I told her. It felt good to speak up.
“Liz! She’s a guest you should be making her feel welcome!” Niall said and he looked mad. Tears were starting to from in my eyes. I couldn’t take it anymore so I ran upstairs in to my room and waited. The rest of the boys were outside playing soccer/ football. (whatever you call it the country your in) So I grabbed my stuff and headed downstairs. I was almost to the bottom when I saw Niall and Cassie making out. It hurt but I would never admit it. I just cleared my throat. Cassie looked up at me but Niall just ignored me. Why was he being like this?
“Can I get down the stairs?” I said annoyed. They moved so I could pass. I laid down and cried myself to sleep. What happened to my best friend?!
