Just can't let her go
Chapter 12
Harry's POV
I get outside just in time to see Haley speeding out the parking lot.
"Shit!" I yell and push open the door. I race through the halls until I get to the cafeteria. I burst into the lunchroom a little to loudly and everyone's head turns towards me.
"What?" I yell looking at them. Their eyes widen and they continue talking. When I get to our table, Sam gives me a death glare.
"What the hell did you do to her?" She snaps standing up. If she wasn't a girl, I would beat the shit out of her.
"Me? Why don't you ask your boyfriend!" I snap back at her.
"You scum-bag. Just get out of the way." She pushes me and storms out of the cafeteria. By now everyone is looking at me.
Niall looks at me but doesn't say anything. I grab my keys off the table and run back towards the parking lot.
I hasitly start the engine and drive out of the parking lot. My knuckles are so white but I don't care.
Nothing is going right anymore. I've lost one of my best friends not to mention my girlfriend. I get so upset that I swerve to miss a car.
What have I done?
Haley's POV
I park the car on the side of the road and walk through the woods. Tears blur my vision but I keep walking. I stop at the tree and slowly climb up it until I get to a fork. I climb on the branch and bring my legs towards my chest.
My hands shake and tears stream down my face. Why would Harry cheat on me? I know it was truth or dare but he could've said no. I should've know Harry couldn't commit to a relationship. He only wants to fuck and be done.
It seems like hours since I have been here. A car stops beside mine and I can see Sam get out. She walks in the woods with a flashlight and I realize it's late. Sam stops at my tree and looks up.
"You know you shouldn't have come to our favorite place to hang out." She calls up. I stifle a laugh and push my hair out of my face.
"If you don't come down, I'm coming up!" She yells. I look down and smile. She puts her flashlight under her arm and begins to climb up. When she reaches me, I scoot over and she plops down beside me.
She slings her arms around me. "Aww. Don't cry. You're better than that piece of shit."
I bury my face in her neck and cry. She strokes my hair and squeezes harder.
"I have an idea," She says pulling away. I carelessly wipe my tears and look at her.
"How about we go to Eleanors? Just have a girls night out!" She suggests.
I nod. "That sounds alright." She smiles and we carefully make our way down the tree. We lock arms and walk to the car.

"Haley!" Perrie squeals. She embraces me in a hug followed by Eleanor and Danielle. By now my tear stained cheeks have disappeared and I feel a little bit better.
We walk into the kitchen and Eleanor opens the fridge.
"I bought 5 tubs of ice cream." She hands out the tubs and turns towards me.
"I hope you like Cookie's and Cream" She hands me the tub and we walk into the living room.
I sit in between Sam and Eleanor. We watch chick flicks and talk about what happened with Harry.
"Nikki's a slut." Danielle says shoving vanilla ice cream into her mouth. Everyone agrees.
"Yeah. She has tried to seduce everyone." She emphasizes everyone and we all laugh. I put aside the tub and sigh.
"I just don't get why he would kiss her? Weren't you guys there?" I ask. I know they were but I just wanted to see if they would tell me.
"Yeah. Well we were playing truth or dare and Niall dared Harry to kiss Nikki and Nikki looked thrilled to kiss him. It wasn't that long though. Normally Harry and Nikki would be having sex right now." Perrie says.
I nod. "And Harry kept another secret from me." I glance at Sam and she nods.
"He knew about Niall and Sam. I was more pissed at Harry than I was at Sam." I continue.
"We didn't even know about them. Louis said that Harry and Niall basically got into a fight. Harry punched the wall; that's why his hand is cut up." Eleanor says. So that's the reason.
The movie finishes and Eleanor looks at her phone.
"Uh oh," She says with wide eyes.
"What? What's the matter?" I ask. Suddenly the front door swings open to reveal the boys.
"That." Eleanor says. She gets up and greets Louis as do the other girls. I sit awkwardly on the couch finishing my ice cream.
The girls return to my side except for Perrie who suggests we have some drinks. I tuck my legs under my butt and grab a pillow. Out of the corner of my eye I can see a shadow come through the door. He looks at me with sad eyes.
