Everyone had finished eating and we were standing at the host's table paying. Harry pulled out his wallet and I glanced at it and I was shocked. The picture of him and me, from 6th grade was where his license should be. I smiled. He finished paying and we all walked back outside. Harry called for a cab. When everyone was piling in, I hung back and so did Harry. I pulled him close to me and kissed me passionately on the lips.
I pulled away as we got into the car.

“What was that for?” He whispered in my ear.

“The picture, in your wallet.” I answered, still smiling.

“Oh.” He blushed. I laughed at him.

Everyone joked around laughing. We all had decided that we would leave for Australia today. When we got back to the hotel the girls went to pack up all the clothes, while the boys called for someone to come pick up their cars.

I was almost finished when I heard a knock at my door. I went to it and opened it. Janel was standing there.

“Hey.” I said smiling. She looked up at me and I knew instantly something was wrong.

“Janel? Are you okay?” I asked. I looked her over to make sure there was nothing physically wrong with her. I noticed there was something clenched in her fist.

“I’m… I’m…” She stumbled over her words. When she figured she couldn’t talk she held out her fist to me. I put a hand out and she dropped it. I looked it over trying to figure out what it was when it hit me…

“I’m pregnant…” She whispered.

I looked at the pregnancy test, sure enough it was positive.

“Oh… my… god…” Was all I could say. I stared at it until I heard footsteps behind her.

“Is everything okay?” Harry asked. I jumped at his voice and put the test behind my back.

“Um… yes… just great. Janel was just wondering about… the tickets…” I said just coming up with an excuse. He eyed me suspiciously. I walked out of the room and into the hallway with Janel and watched Harry go into the room and I closed the door. I turned to her and I could see the tears building up.

“Ara… What am I going to do? Louis has his life just starting… How am I going to…?” She broke out into sobs. I pulled her into a hug. I held on tight.

“Janel, no matter what happens, you will not be alone. Never. I will be standing here right beside you.” I soothed.

“But, what about Louis? How am I supposed to tell him that he now has a child on the way?” She cried harder.

“I will do it with you if that helps.” I said stroking her hair.

“Please… I can’t do it alone… What if he doesn’t want it? What if he tells me to get an abortion?” Her voice was shaking with that thought. She had always told me how much she was against abortion. I just sat there holding her. I wasn’t sure of what Louis was gonna say. All I knew was that he had to know.

“Go pack your stuff and then we will go to Australia, get your mind soothed. Then we will tell him.” I said pulling away. She nodded her head, wiped her eyes, hugged me one last time, and walked away. I watched her get on the elevator. I opened the door to see Harry standing there mouth wide open.

“Were you listening?” I screamed at him.

“She’s pregnant?” He whispered.

“Harry! Why the hell would you do that! Ugh!” I pushed past him.

“Why didn’t you tell me?” He asked.

“Because first of all I didn’t find out till about 25 minutes ago. Plus it’s called a secret for a reason.” I said throwing things into the bags.

“Why in the bloody hell would you keep that from me?” He said raising his voice.

“Because you might tell him! He is one of your best mates! I know you wouldn’t be able to keep that from him for long.” I said not looking up.

“Ara this is more important than a fucking rumor. It real.” I could hear anger in his voice.

“Why the hell are you getting so angry? It’s not like it’s me who is pregnant.”

“Because if you would hide this about someone else from me, what are you hiding about yourself.”

“Excuse me?” I shot my head up and glared at him.

“What the hell would I be keeping from you? Something from my childhood? News flash Harry, you have pretty much been with me every step of my life.”

“That’s not what I am saying.”

“That is exactly what you said.” I said moving my attention back to packing.

“When are you telling him?” He finally asked.

“After being in Australia for a couple weeks. I want her to relax and be able to think things through. I don’t want her making any rash decisions.”

“So, how do you expect to keep it from him? Doesn’t she need to go for checkups?”

“Yes, she does, I can go with her. She won’t be alone, no matter what Louis does.”

“You think Louis would just leave her?” He asked shocked.

“I don’t know Harry, but crazier things have happened. I love Louis like a brother and hope to god he wouldn’t do that to her, but I have to plan for the unexpected.” I said throwing the last thing in the bag and zipping it up.

“I know Louis; he would never leave her over this. You just don’t understand how much he loves her.” He said grabbing the bags.

“And you do?” I said rolling my eyes.

“Yes, because he and I have chatted about it, and it closely resembles how I feel about you… But his isn’t as strong.” He said shutting the door behind him. I sat down on the bed and waited for him to get back. A few minutes later there was a knock at the door. I thought it was Harry, and he had forgotten his key card. I opened the door and there stood Niall.

“Hey Niall.”

“Hey Ara.”

“What’s up?” I asked.

“Is Harry around?” He asked.

“No, he went to the car to put the bags away. Is everything okay?”

“Oh, yeah I just wanted to talk to you alone.”

“Sure what’s up?”

He came in and closed the door behind him. I followed him to the couch. We sat down.

“It’s Jackie…”

“Is she okay?” I asked worried.

“I think she is talking to her ex again…” I could see the hurt deep in his eyes.

“What? Why do you think that?”

“Last night… While she was in the shower… I looked through her phone… they have been texting each other for a while now…” He looked down at his hands.

“Niall…”

“I don’t know what to think… I want to confront her about it… But I’m afraid she will choose him over me.” He frowned.

“Niall… You were all she talked about at school. Never once mentioned him. She is crazy about you.”

“But you didn’t see the texts… she said she still loved him…” I could tell he was about to break down.

I hugged him. “I’ll talk to her Niall.” He hugged me back.

“Thank you…” Then the door opened and Harry walked in. Niall stood up and wiped his eyes.

“Hey mate! I better go. Thank you Ara.” He said waving and leaving the room.

Harry raised an eyebrow to me. I shook my head.

Niall closed the door behind him

“Another secret?” Harry asked sarcastically.

“Harry, you don’t have to know everything!” I said rolling my eyes.

“Whatever.” He said shaking his head.

“Can we please not fight? We are about to be celebrating your brand new album. Let’s be happy, and have fun. Let’s live life and be young and wild!” I said walking up to him and smiling at him. I stood on the tips of my toes and made a kissy face to him. He bent down and kissed me.

“Alright.” He agreed. I went to my laptop and looked up hotels in Sydney. I picked the best one, Frasier suites. I booked the pent house for us all. After a few moments everyone was down stairs getting into cabs. We got to the airport, and I bought the tickets. About 30 minutes later we were on our way to Australia.
