I gave everyone a good bye hug. Then last one was Harry and I held on a little longer.

"I'm so sorry Harry. I will be watching. So don't dissapoint me. I better see you on an album cover by next year!" I said smiling at him. He smiled back

"I will make sure of it. Just for you." He smiled back.

"Boarding all passengers for the flight to Paris, France. Thank you." A fight attendant anounced over the intercom. I waved goodbye as everyone watched me leave. I boarded the plane. I then flew off to the rest of my life.

I was sitting in my room with Gabrielle, Jackie, Janel, and Susan. Four girls I had met while I was at this dance school. We all instantly became the best ofr friends. They all knew I knew Harry, and how I was in love with him. They have watched every episode of The X-Factor with me. They thought it was so cute how he sang my favorite song for his audition. We all watched in anticipation.

We all had called in and voted for One Direction. I was sitting there biting my nails. I know I hadn't talked to Harry since they had formed the band, but I understood. That takes up a lot of time. I sent him a text before the show started and said good luck. I haven't had a reply back but I didn't care I knew it was a big night. We had popcorn and candy watching.

I watched the screen with intent. The girls kinda sat there and laughed at me. I didn't care.

"The first person I will call is.... Matt." I gasped. Oh please dear god! I watched as he had his moment then it came time for him to call the next.

"The next person moving on is...." I swear it took a year for him too actually say the name "... Rebecca!" I didn't want to believe it. There was no way. I could feel my heart stop. I could feel my eyes start to water. Everyone just stared at the tv.

"Wow..." Janel was the first to speak.

"There is no way! It's a hoax!" Gabrielle screamed. I waited to see it all play out. They anounced Matt as the winner and the show ended. I waited and a couple minutes later my phone rang. I grabbed it and answered.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hey..." Harry spoke.

"Oh, Harry! I'm so sorry. It will all be okay! Everything is gonna work out! Like Zayn said, you guys will continue as One Direction right?"

"Yeah, I know. It just feels awful."

"I know Harry.."

"So when are you coming home?"

"Oh... um... I'm not coming home till summer... I have a show over christmas break that I have to do."

"Oh... Well, I better go. Simon wants to talk to us. I'll talk to you later love.

"Okay Harry. Bye."

"Bye." He hung up.

"Why did you tell him you had a show?" Janel asked.

"Well I want to surprise him!" I said looking up at her. They all started laughing.

"What is so funny about that?" I asked.

"Sweetheart! It's just all so storybook. Way too romantic." Susan said laughing. I frowned and started to think maybe that wasn't the best thing to do.

*Harry's POV*

"Hey mate, you okay?" Louis said coming up behind me. I wipped underneath my eyes.

"Yeah, just can't wait to get home." I said rolling my eyes.

"Harry...Is it about that Ara girl you are constintly talking about?" Louis asked.

Then Niall, Liam, and Zayn walked up.

"We heard her name! Are we talking about her again?" Niall asked.

"She won't be home for Christmas." I said with saddness dripping from every word.

"Oh... Do you want us to stay with you for a couple days? So you won't be so alone?" Liam asked.

"Sure. Better to be with you guys. I'm not sure how I'm gonna make it without you guys." They all smiled at me.

"Hey boys, come here. I want you to meet CEO of Columbia Records." Simon said coming up to us.
