Who Can I Love?
Day One: Niall Harry and audrey
Audrey's phone beeped, signaling that she got a text.
She read it and sighed. Mad was a level 3 of 6 on the secret, unofficial abuse scale they'd made up.
She didn't answer, because she was afraid she would cry in front of all these people. She always cried talking to Lawren. Lawren was one of her only friends. Her friends were like family to her, ever since her real family got up and left when Audrey was 16. It had been two years, but she was still mad at her family for doing that. Who wouldn't be?
Audrey stood, bored, for about two hours. She ate, talked, played on her phone, etc. so she didn't die. Or at least feel dead.
At 8:53, finally, Niall walked over to her. He brought Harry.
"Where is your friend?" Harry asked.
Audrey hesitated for a moment, not wanting to tell anything to big, before saying,"She went home."
Harry looked sad, then asked if Lawren had a phone. Audrey thought about this too, for she didn't want Harry calling her and ruining the phone secret. It would be even worse if a boy was the one who texted her.
"No." she finally said.
"Oh." Harry said sadly.
"I'll tell her you said something. What do you want me to tell her?" Audrey asked.
"Ummm, that... She... Is... Uh... She's really pretty." Harry finally said.
"And what's your name?" Niall asked before Audrey could say anything to Harry.
"Mine? It's Audrey... Her's is Lawren." Audrey answered.
"Well audrey, you sure are beautiful. What's your phone number?" Niall asked.
"Uh... Thanks... Heres my number" She answered, and gave him her number.
Harry and Niall waved goodbye, because Liam was calling for them, and left Audrey alone.
She was thinking about Lawren, and how badly she had gotten attacked. She thought about Harry, and how sad he was to see Lawren wasn't there. But mostly she thought about Niall, who might just be the hero she needed.
