Let's Be Alone Together

As soon as we were outside, I tore my wrist out of Louis' fingers and walked stiffly past him, sticking my nose in the air. I heard him following me.
"You know, the car's that way." He said obviously, pointing. I stopped and spun around to look at him.
"Yes! The car is that way, of course! Silly me." I snapped, pushing past him once more to head in the direction he'd been pointing.
He had the nerve to chuckle. "No need to be so-"
"I didn't want help!" I spat through gritted teeth, cutting him off rudely. "I can take care of myself. I can live by myself. And I can certainly," I paused to take a deep breath, "I can certainly move out on my own.”
“And how were you going to do so without a car? I suppose you were going to drag all the boxes across London.” He replied, sarcasm dripping from his calm tone.
When I didn’t reply, Louis smirked and held out his hand, “Come on, then.” He said. Though part of me was thankful that he didn’t grab my wrist again, I glared at his hand and kept my own stuffed deep in the pockets of my hoodie.
His smile didn’t disappear, as I thought it would, but instead it grew wider and he used his outstretched hand to beckon to me. Then he turned and headed down to the car I assumed was his.
I scowled as I followed a good distance behind him, and got into the passenger's seat of the car, keeping my arms crossed.
I didn't realize I was muttering to myself until Louis laughed, "Really? Am I that bad?"
After a moment's confusion, I blushed and looked away, out the window.
"You know, you can't really give me the silent treatment. I need to know where you live."
My scowl deepened. "Just keep following this road, and take a left in about 3 miles. After that, take your first right. Then immediately after you turn right you're going to have to take a sharp turn left, and then the building will be first on your left.
He hesitated before saying, "So, left, right, right, left."
"No." I shook my head, "Left, right, left, left."
"Left, left, right, left."
I rolled my eyes. "Left. Right. Left. Left." I said slowly.
"Okay." He paused, "Left, right, right, left."
"That's what you said the first time!" I said, exasperated.
He laughed. "I know. I'm just messing with you. I know that it's left, right, left, right."
I shook my head. "Left, right, left, left, you mean."
He grinned lopsidedly. "Yeah. That's what I meant."
Then I giggled.

By the time everything was loaded into the car, (and it wasn't much), I was getting hungry. But I said nothing as we got back in his expensive car and got back on the road.
After awhile of driving in silence, I cleared my throat. "So... um, do you mind not mentioning... my status to the guys?" I asked shyly.
He seemed confused for a moment, then nodded. "Oh. No, I don't mind. I fact, I get it. Yeah, no need to worry about that. I'm sure they won't even notice anyways."
"But there's so little... are you sure?"
"I'm sure." He replied flatly.
After that, I said no more.
We did, in fact, get everything up into my new room (which, indeed, was insanely fancy). Then I made him leave so that I could put my things away.
It didn't take long. Soon enough, I was face-planted on the giant mattress. A sudden feeling of exhaustion crept over me out of nowhere, and I slipped into a peaceful slumber before I had the chance to get up.
