As I waken my hand skims Michaels side of the bed as I would do when he was here for reassurance. But I knew he wasn't back, it just doesn't hurt to have hope right?

I lift up from my bed and grab the box of Tylenol and bottle of water that I keep on my night stand for mornings like this.

I tilt my head back and pop the pill in gulping the water down my throat. Once I get up from my empty, cold bed I click my phone on for any messages.

All of them were from Kasey saying you drove home... Are you okay... Where are you... I tried calling you... And blah blah blah.

I wasn't looking for messages from her I was looking for messages from Michael but I see that he has no intentions contacting his girlfriend.

I check the time on my phone and it's 8:43. Shit I have to go to work. I walk into my bathroom and sluggishly cut the shower on.

I was out of it. I had the worst migraine, my body aches and my heart does too. I wasn't in any shape to go to work today but who's going to pay the bills right?

I am.

Once the water gets hot, I strip my body naked and walk in letting the hot water sting my body. That's when all the memories from last night come back to me crystal clear.

" why did you drink all these bottles? I turned around and looked at Harry who was staring at me . His eyes already knew the answer but he needed to be sure.

I look down at my legs trying for Harry not to see the tears that were about to fall down my cheeks. But it was too late, he rushed over to me as he laid his body between my legs wiping the tears away that feel down my cheeks.

"A gorgeous woman like you shouldn't be crying over a loser like that. It's his lost not yours. You deserve someone way better."

I closed my my eyes as he did too and puckered my lips out for ours to meet together. I could feel we both were pretty close when I felt his breath touch my lips.

I opened my eyes and pulled away quickly before I did something that I was going to regret. "I can't harry." I pushed him away and hopped off the counter.

"This was a mistake. All of this." My eyes moved away from. Harry as he looked down as well.

"Oh and Don't worry, Kasey doesn't have to know about this." I said too Harry as I shut the door.

I really wasn't worried about it. I mean it wasn't like he cheated right? He didn't even kiss me. So there was nothing I should be ashamed of. It was just another mistake I add to my book of mistakes I've made.

But I did feel guilty. What if it's weird between me and Harry how? What if Kasey thinks something's up? What if she finds out? I take that back, I am worried.

As I finish applying my gloss lipstick to my lips I take a look at the finished project. Even though I have have looked good on the outside, I sure wasn't good on the inside. But that's what having a smile is for.

You fake one and you keep it moving.

I glance down at my outfit to make sure I looked presentable. My dress wasn't showing my arse and my cleavage wasn't showing so I was good to go. I grab my black pocketbook and leave my apartment ready for work.

As I walk into my office I get greeted by everyone.

"Hey Joy."
"What's up Joy."
"Good morning Joy."
"hey Joy."
"How's your day Joy?"
"Hello Joy."
"Looking good today Joy."

I was was famous at work. I don't know why but I was. Maybe because I've been here for the past couple of years and maybe because I'm one of the prettiest girls that work here.

I wave and say my hellos before walking into my office. Once I did I dropped my pocketbook down and slipped my heels off since I'm going to be sitting down all day.

I pull of my notebook and papers to start my work. I log into the computer when I hear a knock on the door. "Come in." I say without looking up at who was there.

I hear the door open and close instantly. Once I look up at who was there my lips instantly parted from each other as my eyes grew wide. My heart pounded out of my chest. I didn't know what I was going to say or how the tension would be.

I wasn't prepared got this.












"H- Harry?"
