She loves the lyrics because of how it applies to her life. She secretly is in love with a boy named Louis, but no one knows. After all, it is a secret. "And the night goes by so, very slow. Ooh I hope it won't end though, alone,". She is at a football game. The night drags by for Eleanor. She feels lonely at these games, as they remind her of how muh Louis likes football. "Till now, I always got by on my own. I never really cared until I met you.." This is true for her as well. Before she liked Louis, she never really wanted to date. But that has all changed. "And now it chills me to the bone! How do I get you alone? How do I get you alone?" Eleanor has set herself up as a naturally happy person, but she is hurting from loneliness secretly inside. Louis is in a whole different social group. Suddenly, they see each other and approach, still singing. They sing the chorus to each other, confessing what words cannot express. As they finnish the song, they lean closer to each other, noses almost touching.
