Flipped Life-Styles
Too Surreal
"Excuse me miss," said one of the maids with a large cleaning cart who was trying to get past me.
"Oh, uh sorry," I gave her an apologetic look. I guess I still must have been in shock from what happened. I've been standing in the same spot since Harry left me for the last 5 minutes. I snapped back to reality and remembered the reason why I rode the elevator in the first place. My wallet.
I started to head out side when I realized the fan girls were still outside, everywhere. They were begging the security guards to let them inside, but they had no luck with that. Not that I ever imagined they would.
As I started to walk outside, it hit me. Um, I'm holding 4 VIP back stage passes to the SOLD OUT One Direction concert tonight. Probably not a good idea to show these off, it'd be like 70 girls verses my tiny 120-pound self.
So I decided to put the passes in the only place I could think of, under my shirt. I managed to make it past the girls and to Lia's car. I grabbed my wallet and locked the car.
As I started walking towards the hotel, 3 teenage girls who all looked to be about fifteen years old walked up to me.
"Oh my god, are you staying in THIS hotel?" the tiniest blonde haired girl said while pointing towards my hotel.
"Uh, yeah," I didn't know what to say. These girls are probably going to eat me alive.
"Did YOU know ONE DIRECTION are staying in THIS very hotel???!" she practically screamed at me. She realized that her tone startled me and placed her hand on my shoulder to reassure me she wasn't going to hurt me.
"Do you have a twitter account?" said the next girl, with fiery orange hair. "Uh yeah, I do, why?" I said back to her. But I already knew the answer.
"Could you do us a massively huge fan girl favor?" the blonde spoke again. The biggest grin I think I've ever seen in my life was plastered on her face. Okay, this is getting weird. What a dedicated fandom, stalking their idols. I shook my head lightly and they immediately responded. "Tweet us when ever the boys arrive back at this hotel, we want to be the first to know. Oh my god, I have to meet Louis more than ANYTHING." I agreed and we exchanged user names. No promises I'd participate though.
Okay, I guess I should've been expecting this. Odd.

By the time I got back to our room, Lia already had everything unpacked, even my belongings. Everything was neat and tidy. This is why I loved rooming with her, except sometimes she could be a control freak. "What took you so long? You were gone for like 25 minutes." Lia immediately questioned me.
"Lonnnnggg story," I sighed while falling backwards onto my bed. I was still having trouble believing it myself.
"Well you can tell me about it, we have time you know, I'm here to listen and..." Lia said before she was cut off by the sound of a knock on our door.
It was Alexis and Marcy. Lia got up and opened the door.
"OH MY GOD, we found out, we found out which celebrities are staying at this very same hotel as us, OH MY GOD," Alexis was practically having a panic attack. I couldn't wait to see her expression when I told her everything that just happened. Oh god I better have 911 on speed dial.
"Who, who??!" Lia said while running over to Alexis, grabbing her hands while jumping up and down. How could they have so much energy, I was exhausted.
"ONE FREAKING DIRECTION!!" Alexis and Marcy screamed at the same time. All of them were dancing around and screaming all at once while I just sat there watching them.
"Did you hear her Lucy? ONE DIRECTION is in this hotel!" Marcy said to me, she was obviously expecting me to get up and start having a spazz attack as well, but I didn't. I just sat there. Then they all looked at me with confused expressions.
"What's wrong?" Lucy said while walking over to me and sitting beside me on the bed.
"I...uhh.. already knew they were here," I said in a hushed tone. I didn't mean to say it like a know-it-all, but I mean, this was old news to me.
"How? The one direction updates twitter page didn't posted where they were staying until 10 minutes ago?" Alexis said in a snooty voice with her hands on her waist. Rawr, Alexis.
I turned to Lia, " I told you I had a long story to tell you," I spoke and her eyes opened wide, "I kind of ran into them when I went back to the car to get my wallet..." I spoke clearly so they wouldn't hear me wrong.
They all looked at me in disbelief, but I didn't blame them. Marcy and Alexis came over and sat on the bed with us.
"Tell. Us. Everything." Alexis said.

After I told them everything that happened, they all just couldn't believe it. I mean, I knew they did, but this stuff just doesn't happen to every day people like me.
"Oh, here are the VIP back stage passes Louis gave me for all of us to go tonight," I said, handing them to Alexis," We have to be there around 4 P.M."
"Good thing we left so early this morning because it's only 10 A.M. now, so we have plenty of time to get ready," said Lia with a smile on her face.
"I can't believe this is actually happening. I can't believe we are actually spending the time before the One Direction concert with One Direction themselves," said Alexis, as she pushed a piece of hair out of her face, "And it's all thanks to your wallet," she picked up my wallet," I love you, Lucy's wallet," and she kissed it.
Okay, this was almost as weird as those fan girls I met outside earlier.
Talk about a surreal experience.
"Alright ladies, well we better get ready for our night with One Direction," Lia said while running to her dresser, digging through her purse, and grabbing the credit card her parents gave to her. They told her she had no limit on it.
"Let's go shopping," Lia smiled as she held her card between two fingers.
We all grabbed our purses and headed out the door.
