Where it all started...
The Funeral
*CARMEMS POV*
I woke up and went to the bathroom.
ugh my eyes were puffy and red.
i almost forgot the reason why i was crying but then the thought came back and tears ran down my face...
once again..
I wasnt prepared for this funeral
It was going to be too hard and i hope i see some of her family!
She didnt talk to any of her family she wasnt social at all.
She only talked to me and i mean only me.
i remember one time her mom tried to talk to her and Jay just ignored her..instead i spoke up and we left.
And her dad? He was never home he was i guess with "other" people.
Yeah both of our live are kind of mest up. Well for her it WAS.
And thanks to all this shit shes dead. Shes gone forever.
Its going to be hard letting her go because one day she would spend the day at my house and the other day i would spend it at hers..well not the whole day since we got out of school at 3:30 so yeah.
My life pretty much sucks right now and will always suck.
Now back to getting ready for her.......funeral.
I brushed my teeth and put on some black skinny jeans and a black t-shirt with a black sweater.
i grabbed my suitcase and walked out only to bump into Harry.
GREEAAT!! Way to start my day off. Ugh.
"Oh good morning love" he said with his morning raspy voice.
"Morning" i fake smiled and started walking off.
"Wait Carmen are you going to umm the umm.."
i cut him off "Funeral? Yes im sorry bye.." a tear streamed down my face and i walked off.
"Wait ..do u need a ride" he grabbed me by the wrist.
"Umm lets see being mobbed by fans..getting hate..and all that ima be on the magazine tomarrow morning ..nah im good bye!"
"No cmon please let me and the lads give you a ride!"
"Fuck if i say yes will you stop asking?"
"Yes!" He smirked
"Fine but we need to leave now!!" I commanded
"Perfect because we are leaving too." He smiled and walked with me.
He walked me to their limo and the boys went in the back with us.
It was silent and it was getting awkward then the driver spoke.
"Umm Where am i going?" How could i forget to give him address?!
Harry looked at me waiting for a response. Oh yeah right i had to answer
"umm its 68th ave street ..the funeral home"
"Oh okay" the driver said and he closed the little window that seperates the back seat from the drivers seat.
I started to cry. I couldnt help it. I was on my way to my best friends funeral.
*HARRYS POV*
She blushed when i looked at her.
Shes so beautiful and i want to get to know Carmen more.
But i dont think shes interested in me i can tell from the way she answers me.
Once the driver stopped talking she started crying.
i didnt know what to do..i knew why she was crying but i didnt know what to do.
So Niall gave me the look of 'do something'
ugh so i went and sat next to her and hugged her.
She leaned her head on my chest like she knew me since forever.
she held on tight to me like if i was the last thing on earth that helped her stay alive!
"Shh its okay.." i rubbed her back
"C-Can you guys give me a r-ride after t-the funeral please?"
"Sure where to?" Liam spoke up
"The a-a-a-airport"
My eyes shot wide open "Your leaving? Where?"
"T-To london i need to leave this place.." she started calming down
"Awh thats awsome cz we are on our way to London too !" Niall said excitedly
"Really?"
"Yeah" she jumped i guess i startled her haha aww.
She looked up at me and smiled.
her eyes are beautiful and those send you into a trance
Until Niall spoke up and made me get out of that amazing trance
"We can get something to eat after the funeral!" He smiled
"Niall you always want food!!" Zayn said laughing
"We are here!" The driver said. She took a deep breath and looked nervous as fuck .. "Do you want me to come with you?"
she hesitated to answer "Sure"
she stepped out and k did as well.
we walked over to the cermony where no one was at.
What the fuck!
"I knew it" she whispered
"why isnt anyone here..why arent her parents here?" I was shocked
"Because her mom is an alcoholic and her dad is never home cz hes always cheating on Jays mom!" She started crying
i hugged her "its okay..lets just get through this
The man started talking and they burried her slowly.
Carmem started crying and she fell to the ground.
i bent down next to her "Shh its okay stop crying..please its gona be okay"
"Shes gone" she mummled
she just cried the rest of the time. Until it was over.
she got up and we started walking back. Her eyes were red and puffy.
We got back in the Limo
"Are you okay?" Zayn asked
"Yeah i mean it wasnt the happiest time of my life but ill get through it"
And we rode of to the airport.
