"Hi."
"What do you want Harry?" I said harshly, ignoring his greeting.
"I came here to talk to you." He slurred.
"You're drunk Harry." I rolled my eyes at him.
"Just a little."
"Harry go away. You're drunk, its late, and I don't want to talk to you." I tried closing the door, but his foot stopped me.
"I just want to talk." He invited himself in, closing the door behind him.
"You were studying?" He threw his head back in laughter.
"Yes. And I was enjoying it until you came and disturbed me." I snapped.
"Sorry. You're just different, everyone else is out partying, and you're in your dorm studying. its just different. In a good way."
"Can we talk?" He asked when I didn't reply to his previous comment.
"There's nothing to talk about." I looked away.
"Hey. Give me 5 minutes, then I'll go." He tilted my chin up with his index finger. His breath smelled like alcohol, making me cringe, remembering him.

" Hey b-babeee." He slurred. Once again very drunk.
"You're drunk again?" I frowned.
"Don't give me that look!" he growled
"Sorry." I whispered, taking a step back.
"I just don't like it when you come back drunk."
"its none of your business what I do!" He yelled in my face, grabbing me by my hair.
"I'm sorry. please. You're hurting me." I begged.

Tears pooled in my eyes from the flash back. No! You cant cry. Not right now. Not in front of Harry. My subconscious warned.
"Fine. 5 minutes."
"Thank you!"
"Yeah, yeah. Hurry up. 5 minutes."
"Look, I'm really sorry. I was drunk, and I didn't know what I was saying."
"You're drunk right now!" I pointed out.
"This is different."
"How?" I raised an eyebrow at him.
"Because I thought about this I know what I'm doing."
"Umm you're still drunk though."
"What matters is that I'm sorry. I want to start over."
"How do I know that you wont be an ass when you're sober?"
"I'm an ass no matter what. It's just how I am. But I want to start over and forget about what happened. Please?"
"Okay. Fine." I gave in. Maybe we could try this again?
"Thanks Kiely! You're the best!" He gave me a tight hug.
"I know." I hugged him back.
"Umm so since I'm drunk and I don't have my car with me can I stay the night?" He shifted uncomfortably.
"I guess. You'll have to sleep on the couch."
"Okay. Can I have a blanket?"
"Yeah. I'll go get you one."
"Thanks." He took the blanket from me.
"Is this your family?" He asked, pointing to a picture of my parents, and my two brothers.
"Yeah, they live in New Jersey." I suddenly realized how much I miss them, and decided to call my mom."
"I'm gonna call my mom. there's an extra tooth brush in the bathroom." I sat on my bed, searching for 'mom' in my contacts.
"Hello?"
"Hi mom."
"Hi sweetie! I miss you so much! Karl! Kylie's on the phone!"
"Hey baby girl! we all miss you!"
"Hey dad. I miss you guys too. I'm sorry I haven't called. I've been so busy!"
"It's okay! How's London?" mom asked. Harry watched me with an amused expression.
"London's great. I love it here. I miss Harvard though." I glared at Harry who was now smirking at me.
"Well you have to come visit us for Christmas!"
"I will. I have to go now, its pretty late. I love you mom. Love you dad."
"Love you too sweetie. Bye." I pressed end with a huge ass grin on my face
"You really miss them don't you?" Harry asked.
"Yes. I do. Now go to sleep Harry. I'm tired, and you'll be hung-over tomorrow. I'll need energy to deal with your hung-over ass."
"Okay, okay, gee. You're very bossy Ms.Thomas,"
"And you're very annoying, curly!"
"Curly?" his lips curved into a smile.
"Good night Harry."
"Good night Kiely."
