Fix His Collar
Chapter Four
My eyes shot open and I blinked rapidly, squinting my eyes at the sunlight that was coming through a window in the corner. I blinked again and sat up quickly. This wasn't my room. I looked to the left of myself, there was another bed shoved in the corner, it's blankets ruffled around and pillow on the floor.
Oh no, oh no.
I jumped up, seeing I was still in the same clothes from last night and looking around. There were two doors. A white wooden one another one, one was near me and the other was at the other side of the room. If I went into the wrong one I was surely going to be caught.
Taking a deep breath, I stepped up to the closest door, resting my ear against the hard wood and listening carefully. There was no noise, besides the echo of footsteps going the other way, and they seemed small, probably a girls.
So I'm the first person this creep has stolen?!
I looked at the other door and noticed someone was about to open it, the knob was jiggling and I knew this was my only chance. Now or never. I took a deep breath, pulling the door open and ran out, leaving it open behind me as I jogged down the empty hallway. Which was bare, nothing on the walls besides slightly ripped wall paper. I made it to the stairs and peeked down over the side. One girl had her back to me, long blonde hair cascading down her back as she stood in what I'm assuming was their living room. The telly was on and she was intently watching the screen.
"Genevieve!" The girl called, getting ready to turn around. I gasped, quickly slamming my back into the wall to hide myself from being spotted. So there was another girl?! Are you serious!? I heard footsteps coming down the hall and had to the do the safest thing, I opened the nearest door and threw myself into it, closing the door lightly behind myself and pressing my forehead against it.
But, then I heard a grunt, my eyes sprang open and I turned around. Only to freeze in my tracks. The same green eyes caught mine as he slowly sat up, shirtless, with his curls in a mess as he looked at me. His gaze cold and his jaw clenched.
While gaping at him I hadn't noticed I backed up completely into the door, practically trying to push myself through it as the wood that was poking out etched it's way into my back. "You're up," his voice was sexy, I'll admit, only because it was huskier, probably because he'd just woken up. "And running around the house, I see," this time he held a playful hint in his voice and I could see he was trying to hide the indent of his dimple as his lips tried to curve into a smirk. "Or escaping."
My blood boiled over and I swear my heart was beating so fast it was about to burst out of my chest as he slid his legs over the side of his bed, swooping his hair over and standing up. He was even more exposed and I couldn't help but let my eyes wander. He was hot, tattoos made with nice ink all over his chest and upper arms. A few on his wrists and oddly large hands. His green eyes and curls only added on to his extremely good looks. But I wasn't going to get all lovey and fall for my kidnapper! Hell no!
"Why would you want to escape, Princess?" He pondered, taking a few steps toward me.
I pushed myself farther into the door and looked at him, my eyes wide. "I.. I wasn't.. but.. I..." I had no answer for him, and I bet even if I did his close proximity would stop me.
A smirk curved his lips as he took another step toward, only about a foot and a half of space between our bodies, "That's cute, you're-" he didn't get to finish as someone slammed his door open, pushing me forward into his chest as they walked in.
I scrambled up, straightening myself but let out a whimper and fell right back into his arms as pain surged although my back, "Ouch.." I mumbled trying to make sure the guy and whomever else was in here didn't hear me.
"What the Hell?!" He boomed, his chest heaving upward before falling quickly. I gasped in shock and tried to move, only for him to wrap his arms around my waist and pull me into him. Making my chest ache.
Whoever the other person was spoke up, "Sorry. Who's the girl?" The person was definitely a female, and her voice was soft, inviting almost.
I scrunched my nose knowing I couldn't turn and introduce myself by myself without hurting my now injured back. "That's none of your damn business Eleanor, you slammed the fucking door on her back!"
Before this Eleanor could reply someone else walked in, I had heard their footsteps as they did, they sounded urgent. "What's going on?" The new person had a light tone, and was definitely a male.
"Your whore slammed a door into Alice's back!"
"Harry, calm down! It's not that big a deal!" The third person to enter spoke, with the same intensity as Harry I guess, "And don't call her a whore!"
The second person stayed silent and Harry grumbled, whispering to me, "Alice, are you okay?" His voice was soft, and he even sounded vulnerable. I knew I must have been imagining things because a kidnapper isn't nice, or vulnerable.
But I mumbled a quick no, shaking my head slightly, which sent a jolt of pain through my upper back. He sighed, "Get Niall," Harry demanded, I looked up at him, adjusting my head while trying not to move too much, he was glaring at whomever else was in the room, "Not you Louis," I guess the new male had went to leave, "Eleawhore can go." His voice was harsh as he spoke, moving his hands that were on my hips slightly upward to brace me.
I clenched my jaw, trying to ignore the action and groaned. My kidnapper had his hands on me. Great, I sarcastically thought and rolled my eyes. "I really wish you wouldn't call her that," Louis, I guess was his name, spoke and I watched with my eyes at he went to the right of Harry, smiling at me. "Hey, I'm Louis."
Harry spun me around quickly, making me groan. I moved my hands, shoving him and stood as straight as I could on my own, "So are you like... my.. what is is.. sixth kidnapper now?" I groaned and leaned against the wall, resting my back there.
"No... I'm just Louis, you weren't kidnapped.." he spoke slightly to himself, scratching the back of his neck, while looking in deep thought. "If you're actually Haz's-"
Harry cut him off before he could continue, "She's not."
I just gaped at them, wondering what they were exactly talking about. Hmm..
Oh no, oh no.
