Good or Bad

Chapter Four

Me and Maddie both take showers (not together, you pervs) and put our hair up in towels. We want to look our best, so we let our hair dry by itself. We put on pyjamas and go down to dinner at six. Anne and Harry are coming over so we can "get to know them". Ha, like I want to get to know Harry than I already do. My mother laughs when we come down into the dining room.
"I thought you two were going to a party." She smiles at us as we take our seats.
"We're waiting until after dinner to get dressed and everything so we don't dirty ourselves up or smudge our make up"
"If you had proper manners you wouldn't have to worry. And didn't I say you weren't allowed to wear makeup until you're eighteen?" She raises a brow.
"Mum, my birthday's tomorrow. Couldn't you let it slide?" She sighs deeply, then nods.
We make small talk with Anne and Harry occasionally answers questions from my mother. But other than that, it was pretty peaceful. After dinner Maddie and I both get dressed. Maddie wore a pretty indigo dress with black heels. She curled her hair and threw glitter all over herself. I have no clue why. I got dressed in a really tight silver strapless dress and white heels. I wore my hair curly also. I knew Harry was going to be there, but I didn't let that dampen my mood as I grabbed my car keys later that night. We needed to go pick up Dan and Phil so we left a little early. Dan and Phil were some of our best mates. They have youtube channels and have millions of subscribers.
We picked them up and headed toward Niall's house. By the time we get there, a whole bunch of cars are already parked and we can hear the music from where we were parked about a block away.

*A couple of hours later *

I'm drunk as hell right now. I feel great, even though I know it's going to bite me in the ass in the morning. Harry had tried to talk to me earlier, but I didn't hear what he was saying. I was having too much of a good time to listen to his put-downs.
It's about 2 a.m. and Maddie pulls me out of Niall's house. Dan and Phil are already in the car. Phil's our designated driver. Maddie and I climb into the back seat, long enough for me to puke right on Maddie's shoes.
"Great, just great." Maddie vowed never to drink after her father killed her mother after a long night of drinking. Ever since then, she's been living with my mother and I. I bet right now it was killing her seeing me like this. Phil pulls up in front of my house and Maddie helps me out. She quickly and quietly takes me upstairs and into my bed room. She tells me that she's going to drive Dan and Phil home then come back.
I fall into a deep sleep.
