Challenges In Our Marriage
Chapter 3
Aria POV
Waking up, in the morning Aria went into the parent’s room but they were nowhere to be found. She went down the stairs into the kitchen, where she found Eddie, her younger boy and Gran having breakfast.
“Good morning, Aria. How was your night?” asked Gran Jameson.Aria walked and sat next to Eddie who was making a lot of mess around his high baby chair.
“Good morning, Gran. And I slept really well. So Gran, where is mum and dad?”
“Well, your parents are still sleeping. So eat up your breakfast and enjoy the sun light okay.”
“okay.” But Aria wanted to see her parents and she knows the best way to get their location from her Great Grandmother. “Grandmother Jameson, can you pretty please tell us, because Eddie’s going to start crying for mum and you hate it when he cries.” Aria asked with a pleading anime eyes. The eyes that Aria knows that Gran cannot resist.
“Oh, for the love of God, Aria stops calling me that. I hate it when your mother called me ‘Grandmother’ it makes me feels old, and I am not. And no I don’t know where you parents are.”
“Please, Gran. And Eddie and I would be good please.”
“Ok fine, they are staying at the cottage. And please be careful riding the horse with your brother,” said Gran.
“Okay Gran.” Aria called out, but she was stopped by Gran. “Have you cleaned your room? Plus you’re forgetting your brother.”
Aria walked up the stairs with Eddie, as they enter their room. Their room was huge and they have their own bathroom and a living room that separate Aria’s room from Eddie. She made her bed, packed all the things that were on the floor. Everyone thinks that being a ‘Styles’ everything goes your way but for us it different. Rose and Harry stills ground Aria if she misbehaves; she helps prepared dinner with her mum. But the kids at school bully her because she was a ‘Styles’ by adoption. But her parents had never made her think otherwise that she wasn’t part of their family. When her young brother was born, she was the first person to call him Eddie. When her father was planning the wedding surprise and wanted to find the perfect ring, he told Aria to draw the designs for the rings. So she was grateful for having them as parents and for the privilege that they had given to her. After Aria had cleaned her room, she went into Eddie’s room and changed him into a different outfit before heading down the stairs.
“By, Gran,” Aria called out, as they walked towards the stables. It was always great to be home in London, just simply enjoying the family moments that they shared. She walked into the stable and was greeted by Dean, who looked after the horses, when the family went back to the states.
“Hello, Dean.” She said as she hugged him.
“Hello, Aria and Eddie. So what can I do for the little Miss. Styles?”
“Well, can you please take us to the cottage, where mum and dad are?”
“Well, you and Eddie can’t ride any of the horses, but the both of you can ride the golf carts with Dennis and Levi, my sons. Okay Aria.”
“Yes, Dean and thank you so much,” Aria said, as they walked toward the golf cart, where Dennis and Levi were waiting. Eddie like always wants to drive anything that looks like a car was excited when Dennis sat with him behind the golf cart wheel. Aria took her seat next to Levi at the back. It was quiet and the only sound you could hear was from Eddie giggles. Aria felt uncomfortable sitting next to Levi, he had tried to not look at her.
When they reached the cottage, Aria carried Eddie toward the door, as she turned around and felt Levi eyes staring back at her; she quickly turned around and walked into the cottage, looking around for her parents. Eddie ran into an open door, and there was their parents lying down cuddling each other. They both looked at each other before they climbed on the bed jumping around shouting.
“Mum! Dada! Wake up. It morning time.”
