Challenges In Our Marriage

Everyone was downstairs decorating and preparing for Christmas party, when Harry and James walking into the house. Eddie was the first to see his father walked into the house as he rushed towards him and gave him a big hug.

“Daddy.”
“Hey, Eddie. How are you?” asked Harry, as he returned the hug. Harry looked around and everyone eyes were on him and he hates the look on his wife face when they both stared at each other. But what shocked Harry the most was his little girl, stares at him like a stranger.
“Hey, Aria. Ca....”

but Harry couldn’t finish his sentence before Aria ran out the room and up the stairs. Rose made an attempt to follow but Harry stopped her from going. He walked up the stairs and into Aria’s with cautions and behind that closed door he could hear his little girl sobbing and that ripped his heart into pieces. All Harry could do was blamed himself.

“Aria?” Harry said as he walked toward her bed. But Aria was still ignored him. He sat on the bed and looked out the window, wondering how to comfort his daughter.
“Aria, daddy is very sorry,” he said. But still got the silent treatment and Harry was getting frustrated.
“You promise that you wouldn’t live us, daddy. Why did you?”
“Honey, came here,” he said, as he pulled Aria toward him into a hug.
“Daddy never left you, Eddie or mum okay. We are the Styles family and we are always going to be together.”
“But mummy was sad and she cried all the time,” Aria informed him. Harry wasn’t aware of the impact of their separation on his wife and children but he wants to change that and had a fresh start to their family.

“Why was mum...” Harry wanted to ask her but choose to ignore the question.
“Aria, could you forgive dad for being away from home?”
“Yes, daddy,” said Aria as she leaned toward him and kissed his cheeks.
“Thanks Aria.”
“Well now daddy you have to apologies to mummy too.”
“Yes, baby girl, but I would need your help with Eddie. I want the both of you to stay in your room while I sort things out with mummy.”
“Yes daddy.”

Aria and Harry walked downstairs toward the kitchen when Harry heard whispers.
“Mel, you have to talk with him,” said James.
“Mel you’re my sister and I love you, but you and Harry need to work together and build up your family again. And you have to tell him...” But Lillian was cut off by Harry.
“Tell me what?” He asked. Harry walked toward his wife and noticed something that he couldn’t believe was happening.
“Rose, tell me what?”
“That I am pregnant from the man that I hate so much,” she replied.The words from Rose were like an arrow shooting right through his heart and it was a good thing that their children were in their room.

“Why?”
“Why! Harry? Because you lie to me about our marriage.”
“I never lied to you, Rose. Never would I lie to you to destroy me family or our marriage.”
“I can’t handle this, Harry. You need to stay away.”
“Like hell would I stay away from my family during holiday this season? Jacqueline set this all up. Rose listens to me and we can work this out,” he pleased. Hoping that Rose would forgive him but knowing his wife, it could get messy if he pushed her.
“Did Jacqueline force you to call Robert too? Harry because you’re just looking for someone else to blame?”

“Rose calm down, let talk about this when you’re ready. I don’t want to argue with you during your pregnancy and I don’t want to stress you. So please have a rest there is still time to save our marriage and I would prove you wrong that it was a stupid mistake,” he said as he walked out into the cold air.

I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo soooooooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy from writing after 4 months. School has been crazy and i kinder lost the plot for the holiday season and how Harry would get his family back or if Mel would forgive Harry and how to give the story it perfect ending.
