Harry POV

While the kids were asleep, Harry went into his study to have a conference called with his best mates and business partners. Drinking a glass of brandy to crash the thirst for Rose while she was away on work, his thought were interrupted by Louis.
“So how are the kids?” he asked.
“They are fine, Louis and everything is going great. So how is the project coming along?”
“Seriously Harry your wife just left you to look after your children and you’re worried about work?”

“Yes, so how is the project coming along?”
“It going along well, so you don’t have to worry,” answered Liam.
Harry just replied with a murmur as he stared the photo of Rose.Harry had never doubt Rose or the love that they both shared but he had a bad feeling about Rose being with another man especially James. The guy that asked her on a date while they were newlywed and Harry is scared that Rose would fall in love with him because of the way that their marriage started or if James would take advantage of his wife.

“Harry?”
“What?” he asked.
“Are you okay?” asked Zayn.
“I think that Harry is upset because he didn’t get laid as a goodbye present,” said Louis.
“Nah I’m just worried about Rose.”
“Why?” asked Niall
“Because I don’t trust her partner for this case,” he answered.
“C’mon Harry, your wife loves you so much just trust her to do the right thing,” said Zayn.Listening to Zayn about trusting Rose made Harry relaxed a little about doubting Rose attitude toward their marriage. What if it was the old Harry insecurities talking?

“Harry, I need to talk to you,” said Liam
“What is it Liam?”
“It about Gwen,” he said
“What happened to Gwen,” asked Harry the panicked on his voice was shaking at the mention of his sister name.
“It nothing major Harry, I just want to tell you that I want to date Gwen again,” said Liam.
“What do you mean by ‘AGAIN’, shouted Harry. The thought his best friend who was broken after his last relationship ended, and now he wanted to date his sister. All the other guys had mixed emotions written all over their face, waiting for his reaction.But Gwen was old enough to make her decisions on her relationships maybe she and Liam would be as happy as he is with Rose, who he hadn’t heard from since she left for San Diego.

Liam explained to him about how they dated for a year and Gwen decided to break the relationship and since they have both dated different people since them. Liam had realised that he doesn’t want to sneak around with his feelings for Gwen or their relationship.
“Liam, it was months ago were I and the other guys watched you break down after Dani and Sophia left and I don’t want that for my sister. If you hurt her Liam, I would give you emergency ass kicking, but beside that I’m happy that you want to fight for her,” he said.
“Well that was intense, but since that is now over....... but Niall was interrupted the home phone as Harry answered the phone.

“Hello!” he said and his body was awake by the sound of his wife’s sexy bedroom voice. He held the phone while the talked to the guys.
“Hey we would talk later,” he said and quickly hangs up before the guys protest.
“Sorry about that,” he said to Rose before he added “So how are you doing and the case.”
“Not good really but the case is going fine and how are the kids?”
“That good and the kids are sleeping. The whole house misses you.”
“Awww, is that Mr Styles way of saying that he misses him wife?”
“Maybe yes or maybe no,” he said.

“Well I miss you, Harry I can’t wait to be home.”
“I miss you too. So are you at work or the hotel that you’re staying in?” asked Harry but there was silent at Rose’s end which caused Harry to worry more.
“Rose?”
“Huh, Harry I’m in Chicago and that why I called you.”
“Oh Okay, you’re there to interview for the case or what?” he asked. All off the sudden Harry doesn’t feel comfortable with his wife being in Chicago.

“Yes, James and I are there to interview some family members and there is one more thing.”
“What is it Rose, talk to me what is going on.” Harry could feel the angry spiking through his veins as he waits for Rose to answer his question. If James tried anything with his wife, he would in Chicago in second and God help him that he doesn’t laid his finger on her or he would regret working next to his wife.

“Harry, James and I were invited to attend a fundraiser party hosted by James family.”
“What? Is he out of his mind? Asking you out to a fundraiser’s party as his date?”
“Harry, it not likes that, if for a good course that all. I wouldn’t go if you are upset. Please don’t be angry.”
“Okay, it your job but just be careful.”
“Well thanks you, and Harry I have to go now. I Love you.”
“Love you too Rose and don’t ever forget that.”

“I wouldn’t and give my love to the kids,” she said as she hangs up the phone.
Harry kept on placing back and forth, thinking about Rose wondering if her plan was to cheat on him during her trip in Chicago. Harry knows that Rose hate attending major event if he is not attending so why the major change? Or was James forcing his wife to end their marriage.
He took his phone out and called Lillian.

“Hello, Lilli I need you to come over and look after the kids while I travel.”
“Okay I would be there as soon as I can,” she said before hanging up.
“Hello Neil, tell Alvin to be on standby we are leaving for Chicago in five minutes,” he said before he added “Thank you.”
Harry went up the stairs and into their kids room to check up on they before heading into their room and packed a few clothes before Lilli arrived.
