After weeks of studying the case and arranging her family for the week that she would be absent for, it was Rose last Friday in their Malibu home and she wanted to surprise Harry and also spend some times with their children. After picking the kids up from school, since she announced to the kids that she was leaving town, Aria had been a little bit distancing herself fromfamily activities and she spend more time being alone in her room. On their way to Gran’s house, Aria asked, “Mum, why are you travelling?”
“Aria, it for work, I don’t want because it pain me to leave you and Eddie here with your dad. And dad is always busy at work, but I would only be travelling twice in a year for work, so it just for a week, Aria.”

Aria just nodded before turning back toward the window staring out into the day light, as they reached Gran’s house. Rose helped Eddie down from his car seat, as they walked to the door with Gran standing there with arms wide opened.
“Hello, Gran,” called out the kids as they run up to her, each receiving kiss from her. Rose loved bring her kids to spend more time with the Great-grand ma. Gran ushered everyone into the kitchen where she was mixing cupcakes and she known that Aria loves cupcakes.
Aria went straight to the kitchen with Eddie on her trail; she picked him up and placed him down on the counter as she begun at mixes the ingredients together.
Gran walked up to Rose, who was staring at her kids with tears because during her days away from them she would miss so many wonderful memories of them.
“Why are you leaving if it hurts you to go,” asked Gran as she pulled Rose into the couch next to her.
“I don’t know, Gran parts of me want to stay and another part of me wants to help out with this case.”

Like always Rose was happy to talk with the Grandmother, she never judge but just listen till she finished before giving her advice on whatever issue that she is facing and right now she was torn between her work and family.
“Mel, just don’t worry everyone is going to be here to look after the kids while you are away working, it bad that their father works later and you’re now travelling to San Diego but it would be fine. Look at your children you and Harry had both raised they to be independent and they realised the consequences of having a billionaire for a dad and a lawyer for a mum. But Aria understands and she would look after her brother. So my advised to you would be, go to San Diego work on the case and rush back to your children. ”
“Thanks, Gran you are the best,” Rose said before hugging her grandmother and thanks to her advised Rose plan on making something special for her husband before leaving on Saturday.
