Liam’s face said it all. His eyes widened a bit and his jaw fell slack, proving me right. We hadn’t. We had sex without protection. My stomach knotted out of nerves, making me want to throw up but i held it down, knowing it wouldn’t help the situation. I stared at the ground, feeling a little numb. What have i gotten myself into? Strong arms wrapped around me, pulling me tightly into his chest. I wrapped my arms around him, holding him close.
“Shh, it’s going to be okay. I promise. Don’t cry.” Liam cooed, pulling back to rub his thumb under one of my cheeks, wiping away a stray tear. To be honest, i didn’t even realize i was crying. He pulled me back into his body, gently squeezing me as i buried my face into his chest.
“ Are you on birth control?” He asked, receiving a short shake of my head saying no.
“Okay, it’s okay. Later today i’m going to run to town and pick up a few things. I’ll pick up a pregnancy test while i’m there. We can find out for sure what’s going to happen. Then we can go from there, okay?” he asked,pulling back to look at me. I nodded my head, sniffling a little bit.
“ We can’t let any of the boys know anything for a while. I won’t really talk to you during the day so they won’t suspect anything but if you’ll leave your door unlocked i’ll come in here at night. Is that okay?” He asked, lowering himself down to my eye level. I nodded my head, closing my eyes as he kissed my forehead before leaving me alone in my room. I walked back into the bathroom and picked up where i left off.

A soft knock on my door caught my attention, making me lower the book i had been reading to look at the door. After i didn’t respond, the door opened and Liam popped his head in, looking at me. He slid in, gently pushing the door closed before locking it. Liam walked over to the bed, setting by my feet. I dog-eared the page i was on before closing my book, setting it on the nightstand beside my bed, sitting up in the process.
“hey.” He said gently, his eyes gazing at me from the lamp light, a small smile playing on his lips.
“Hi.” i said quietly, feeling a little awkward and nervous as i eyed the bag in his hand. His eyes dropped to the plastic bag as well and he sighed.
“how are you feeling?” He asked, his eyes traveling back to my face. I shrugged my shoulders.
“Nervous.” I stated, being honest. He nodded his head, eyeing the bag again.
“Me to... Um, here. you can take them when ever you are comfortable. Just let me know what they say, yeah?” He asked, holding the bag out to me. I nodded, not trusting my voice enough to speak. I took the bag looking in it.
“I thought we was only getting one.” I said, eyeing five different boxes.
“Um, one of the ladies in the store said that we should take multiple ones ‘cause sometimes one might be wrong. So i got five just to make sure it’s correct. I nodded, closing the bag. I took a deep breath before pushing the thick comforter off of me, sliding off the large bed to walk towards the bathroom. I stopped at the door, looking back at Liam. He nodded encouragingly at me. I sent him a shaky smile before walking into the bathroom, closing the door behind me.
