(Harry's POV)

My pen clicks onto the wooden table as I sit at the desk trying my best to avoid eye contact with the judge for some reason. I don't know why but she made me nervous.

I looked up at her and she moved her glasses down on her face and looked at the two large doors behind us.

"Does anyone know if Ms. Keith is showing up today? If you know me, you know I don't wait." She said with a very sternly voice. I got very quite because I didn't know how to respond to that. I don't want to give the wrong answer.

"I have another case in a about two hours so if she doesn't come in less than twenty minutes, this case is dismissed until the next court date."

My lawyer leaned over at me keeping his gaze on the judge. "Is she coming or not Mr. Styles." He voice was very shaky. "I don't know. She's suppose to right?"

( Taylor's POV)

I quickly throw on a business jacket and skirt. It was the best I could do since I'm basically rushing. "Taylor please tell me what's going on."

Terrell said with his fingers attached to the top of his nose while he sat on the edge of the bed waiting impatiently for his answer.

"Can I please explain it when I get back? I'm seriously on a timer right now." I say with the toothbrush in my mouth as I spray my body with squirts of perfume.

"Just please be here when I get back." I say as I step closer to him with a sympathetic look in my eyes. I watch as he chest moved up and down with a deep sigh.

"Okay just make sure you tell me what's happening ok!?" He stood up and took both of his hands into mine. I shook my head nervously as I walk away ,grab my pocketbook and blow Terrell a kiss before I leave out the door.

He blew me one back Which sent chills through my spine. Gosh, what does this boy do to me!?

( Harry's POV)

i watch as as the lady judge checks her watch one more time before rolling her eyes and looking back at the door.

"She is more than a hour late!" She said moving her glasses back to her eyes and writing something down onto a yellow notebook.

Right when I was about to get up and walk to the bathroom I see Taylor jet through the two large doors. Relief flew through my body once I saw her.

"Your late Ms. Keith. Even though I don't really accept excuses I'm in the mood to listen to one. So, what's yours?" The judge sat their with her hands folded onto the desk giving her full attention to Taylor.

(Taylor's POV)

My heart is pounding rapidly as I needed to think of what to say and quick.

"I'm waiting......" The judge said with a ring in her voice.

"Um... Erm..... Ah.... Um...." I just gave up. "I slept late. I'm so sorry." I say to her with my eyes asking for mercy.

I watch as she she smirked to herself and wrote something down onto her notebook. "Wonderful excuse Ms. Keith, I've heard a lot better."

I wake up startled as I hear a loud bang hit my ears. My head pops off of the desk as I see the judge staring down at me with a death glare in her eyes. "Sorry." I mumbled wiping the drool off my cheek that found its way out my mouth when I was sleep.

"you know Ms. Keith, for someone who wants to have custody of their daughter, your not doing a very good job truth be told." She said as she wrote something else into her little notebook she kept beside her.

"What are you always writing into the notebook?" I say loudly. My hands cover my mouth fast as I regret me ever saying that. I was supposed to say It in my head but it came out the exact opposite.

Her eyes move into my direction then right back to her notebook. "Oh just notes that's are going to help me decide who's going to have custody or even full custody of your daughter Ema."

"So, I've decided I want to get to know both of you before we start our long happy journey together." She said slapping her pen onto the desk.

"What do you mean mam?" I look at Harry as he said that too her.

"Well, there are plenty of sections that we are going to have to go through to make the final decision. So, Mr. Styles would you like to get up on stand first?" His head nodded up and down as he walked up to the stand.

"well, I'm very trying to become a father. Im financially stable and mentally stabled and I feel that I would be a good mother and father figure to my daughter Ema. Taylor is always welcomed to visit and I'm not doing this to make either of them sad but I feel I need my time with her."

Short and unsweet if I must say.

Te the judge wrote something else before she asked me to come onto the stand.

"Well, I'm Taylor Emas mother and I feel that I'm best for custody because I'm her mother. A mother and a daughter have a special connection only they both can understand. I may not be the most financially stabled but Ema has always had a shelter over her head, good in her stomach and clothes on her back even if that means I have to spend my last penny on her."

Short and sweet if I must say.

"Thank you Ms. Keith, would you take your seat?" I did as I was told as glanced at Harry who was staring me down like if I have three heads or something.

He gave me a genuine smile and in return..........









I gave him the famous middle finger

Well, just a little chapter for you guys tillTomorrow since I'm not going to school :D
