You had been dating Niall for a little bit over two years now and you couldn't believe how lucky you were to have a boyfriend as wonderful as him. You had met by chance when your best friend had invited you to a party. What your friend didn't mention was that you biggest crush Niall Horan would be there. FLASHBACK You were absolutely bored out of your brain when you decided to leave the party early. You hadn't seen anyone you knew and most of the celebrities there were talking in their own little cliques and (Y/BF/N) was off mingling with his/her guests. As you walked past the dance floor towards the door you felt somebody grasp your elbow. When you turned to see who had stopped you from leaving you were shocked to see Niall. "Hello, the names Niall and I was wondering if you'd like to dance with me before you leave," He said in his gorgeous Irish accent. "Um, sure I'd love to and my name is (Y/N)." "What a beautiful name, for a beautiful girl." This caused you to blush as he led you to the dance floor. FLASHBACK OVER You had spent the rest of the night talking and dancing with Niall. After the party ended you had exchanged numbers but thought that you would never see him again however it wasn't long before you received a text from him asking if you could meet up. Now it's been over two years that you have been happily dating but recently Niall was acting more secretive. When Niall came home from visiting Liam he looked happy, smiling and laughing away. "Hey love, wear something nice I want to take you somewhere." He told you mischievously. You didn't question where he wanted to take you knowing that he would never give the secret away. You both ended up wearing jeans and a nice t-shirt. It was getting dark outside and you knew it may be cold so your grabbed your favourite hoodie of Niall's to keep you warm. *SKIP CAR RIDE* As you hopped out of the car you realised you were in a field. It was too dark to see where you were but it must have been a fair distance from London as the hustle and bustle of the city could not be heard from where ever you were but you could still see the city skyline. Without you noticing it Niall had laid out a picnic rug and basket with an assortment of food inside. "Come sit down love, I've got your favourite." You did as he said and went to join him in a barbequed meal - obviously Niall's specialty. After dinner came dessert which was strawberries dipped in chocolate - again something Niall was good at making. You had to ask why Niall had prepared the nice meal and dessert. "Niall honey, what's the occasion?" He looked nervous when you asked that. "Does there have to be an occasion? Can't I spoil my girlfriend?" He asked as he pulled you down to look at the sky. You decided to drop the conversation as you loved stargazing especially with Niall's warm chest to cuddle into. "(Y/N) I do have a reason for bringing you out here." Niall stated nervously. "Not going to kill me I hope," You winked at him. "Nothing of the sort," He laughed as he gently pulled you to your feet. "(Y/N) all jokes aside I want you to know I love you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you and I want us to grow old together. You have been the best thing to happen to me and I'm so glad I stopped you from leaving that party." He smiled as he got down on one knee and pulled out a small box from his jeans. "Will you do me the honour of becoming my wife?" He asked as he opened the box to reveal a specially designed ring. You started crying not believing what he had asked you. "Yes of course I will," You replied while crying. He jumped up and kissed you right then and there under the stars in the middle of a field. You had to know something though. Pulling away from him you asked, "Is that why you've been sneaking around?" He laughed before responding. "I'm sorry baby but I had to so you wouldn't find out about it," "It's fine. By the way I love you too and I can't wait for us to grow old together." Niall just smiled before kissing you again.

This is like my dream proposal okay and I know this will never come true which is really depressing. Whoever the lucky girl is that gets married to Niall I will be extremely jealous. But as long as Nialls happy I'll be happy. :)
