I woke up in my bedroom, what the fuck am I doing in my bedroom? "Jojo?" I hear a voice I recognise "Jojo, are you okay?" Asks Harry. Aww, he has the cutest worried face! But why's he worried? " Jojo, I came to give you your homework, and you were passed out on the floor!" "I was? I don't eve-" oh my God, I remember. "My dad's dead." "What really?! Oh my god Jojo, I'm so sorry." I can't think properly... "he's gone Harry! The last time I saw him was at the airport!" I start to cry. I'm vaguely aware of Harry putting his arms around me. Harry's P.O.V: Poor jojo... she just moved here, basically lost everything, and now her dad's dead. "HELLO!" I hear Joanna's mum call from downstairs. Jojo's still crying... Somewhere in between kissing jojo on the head and bounding down the stairs I realise that I've never actually had a proper conversation with Joanna's mum. "Umm, hello Mrs Taylor." "Oh hello Harry! What are you doing here?!" "I just came to give Joanna her homework." " well, that's very kind of you! Is she upstairs?" "Yes she is, but... Umm... I'm really sorry, but your ex- husband just passed away. Joanna answered the phone to the man who was delivering the news and she fainted." "Oh." She says. She's gone very pale... "Are you ok?" I ask her. "Oh yes thank you Harry. I think we should go and see Joanna."
As we walk up the stairs, I think about Jojo, she's so cute and vulnerable, but tough and cool at the same time.
We get up to her room, only to find she's fallen asleep.
"Harry, I know it's a lot to ask, but do you think you could get some people that she knows and ask them to stay the night here? Having people around makes her feel comfortable. "Okay Miss Taylor" "Oh call me Dawn!" She gave a fake smile, trying to lighten the mood. I text Ridley, Alex, Louis, Zayn, Niall and Liam to tell them and they all say they'll be right over.
