Distorted (A Niall Horan Story)
Chapter 24
*Louis POV*
It has been almost two months since Alice left with just leaving a letter to Niall and the key to her flat. I found Niall at Alice’s flat; he keeps on staring at the letter with an empty mind. I know it must have been hard for him to accept that, and even the lads are feeling bad for him. Alice’s friend, Jenner didn’t know about her location, and she left few days after Alice had gone missing. Nobody knows where she went. Since that day on, Niall keeps asking any random people that he met whether they have seen the girl on his phone. Niall actually had secretly taken a picture of Alice when she was smiling.
Niall doesn’t really give up until now; he’s still looking for his girl without even a slip of thought about giving up. No matter how little time does he has, he doesn’t really care. But, what he’s worried about is by next week, we have to be ready for our tour to USA. Niall is yet ready to leave London. Because in Alice’s letter it states that, I will always be in London. I don’t know what she’s trying to pick. I don’t know what happened to her, but it must be a serious case.
Our lads are helping him as well, but sometimes, they give him an advice to forget about the past, and just let it be. Finding a new girl would’ve been better. That’s what I said as well, but Niall just answered, “I don’t think there’s a word ‘finding a new girl’ in my dictionary. I know she is just right for me. True love doesn’t last forever, so I want to be sure to never let her go.” Well, we never asked him to move on since then. Niall is the first ever guy who really treasure a girl that he loves, we would go to the end of the world just to look for her.
“Lou!” yelled Liam, I turns to him, “Did I do something wrong?” Liam frowned and sighed, “I was asking you where Niall went off to?”
I shrug, honestly I knew where he went, but it’s the secret for the two of us. “I don’t know.” Actually, every week, Niall will always go to Alice’s old flat to clean everything, hoping that maybe someday she would return, but none of our lads other than me knew about this.
Liam keeps staring at me as if he doesn’t really believe what I told him, well, I’m not very good at lying though. However, if this can make Niall happy, then I would do it. He may not know this but I really support him. This is the first time that he found someone he really loves, and I can’t wait for him to take the step like the other lads.
