It was the night of December 31st. It was still hours away before the New Year and I was hanging out with my mom and James at the house. The boys said they were coming here to hang and I was waiting for them. My mom and James were preparing dinner, mom figured the boys we'll eat dinner here so she made loads of food. I heard the doorbell ring and I quickly ran to open the door to reveal the five good looking boys of One Direction.

"Hello love, can we come in?" Niall said grinning. I smiled at them.

"Of course" I said going to the side and letting them in. "Welcome to my humble abode" I closed the door behind them us they looked around the hallway.

"It's not like it's our first time here, Pia" Harry said smirking. I shrugged.

"I know," I said as my mom came out of the kitchen.

"Well, our honored guests have arrived. I'm glad you can make it" my mom said grinning at the boys.

"Thank you for having us, ma'am" Liam said ever so politely.

"Why don't you show them your room while waiting dinner to be finish?" my mom said turning to me. I looked at her weird. My mom is giving me permission to let 5 boys go into my room without adult supervision.

"It's not like they're going to do anything to you, Pia" my mom added, noticing my look. The guys laughed as I rolled my eyes.

"Oh we won't do anything, ma'am. We're good guys" Louis said grinning.

"Except Zayn," Harry said winking. "Zayn is Bradford Bad Boi" I laughed.

"Love, can I get some help here?" we heard James said from the kitchen. My mom excused herself as we went upstairs to my room. Most of my stuff were packed since I'll be leaving on the 4th which was 4 days away.

"Your room is depressing" Niall said as I closed the door. I looked at him with raised eyebrows.

"Excuse me?" I asked.

"I mean with the packed bags and lack of design, it's depressing since it's making me realize we only have a few days with you" Niall said pouting as he slumped on my queen sized bed.

"It's true, do you really have to go?" Louis asked. I nodded.

"My break ends in a week. I'll be back at school studying next week, I can't skip classes, guys. My studies are very important to me" I said leaning towards the door, facing them.

"Fine, we can't argue with that" Liam said sighing.

"It's just we'll miss you so much!" Niall said fake crying.

"He's right, it's not everyday you get to meet an amazing girl like you, Pia" Harry said winking at me.

"Aw, you guys are sweet. And I would really love to stay here but I can't just leave my studies, my friends and my dad back home. They need me" I said.

"Speaking of friends, say hi to Elaine for me" Zayn added winking.

"And hug Yesha for me, tell her it's from Niall" Niall said grinning. I rolled my eyes but nodded at them.

"We wish we could meet your friends in person though" Louis said.

Yeah, they would love that as well. Meeting them in person is still better than meeting them through Skype" I agreed.

"You will Skype us even though you'll be in the Philippines right?" Liam asked. I smiled.

"Of course! If you want I'll give you a video call too" I said smiling.

"Pia, boys! Dinner is ready" we heard my mom said from downstairs. Niall quickly stood up from the bed, grinning.

"What are we waiting for?" he said as he leads the way downstairs. We laughed as we followed him.

An hour before midnight the guys decided to go out and go on a drive which I think is totally weird. I mean if I don't want to start off the New Year in car with One Direction but they insisted and I can't seem to resist these guys. We hop onto Harry's Range Rover and were off driving before you know it.

"So do we have a specific destination or are we going to just drive around town until Big Ben rings to signal the start of the New Year?" I asked rolling my eyes.

"Oh we have a specific destination, you just have to wait and see" Harry said smirking from the driver's seat. I sighed.

"I don't get you guys, we can just stay at home, watch the fireworks from there if that's what you want" I said shrugging.

"Damnit! Traffic" Harry said scoffing.

"I hope this traffic lessens or else we'll be late!" Louis said who was sitting shotgun.

"Late for what?" I asked confused.

"For the fireworks" Zayn said instantly. I look at them weird but they just grinned. To the guys' luck, the traffic went from heavy to moderate and we got to where we were suppose to go in only minutes. I looked outside from the window to see that we're in front of the London Eye.

"What are we doing here?" I asked as we went out of the car.

"Oh nothing, we're just going to stare at the London Eye all night long" Harry replied sarcastically. I glared at him.

"We're going to ride it of course" Liam corrected nudging Harry at the side.

"But don't you need a reservation or something? I mean look at the line" I said pointing at the long line in the ticket counter. "You don't think I would wait in a line like that" I said rolling my eyes.

"Don't worry, love. Got that covered" Louis said as he lead the way to the entrance of the Ferris wheel. There was a guard that stopped us but Louis showed him some kind of paper and the guard let us in. We went into one of the capsule which had champagne and food in it.

"Whoa" I said surprised.

"Yeah, more food!" Niall said taking a seat as the door of the capsule closed behind us. We each took a seat as Liam pour the champagne in each of our glasses.

"Okay, somebody needs to explain this right now" I said looking at each of them.

"Don't you want to have a midnight snack in the London Eye?" Zayn asked.

"Yeah, and the view of the fireworks in here are great" Louis added smirking.

"That reminds me, what time is it?" I asked. We left the house around 11:20 and the to get over the traffic took us a good 20 minutes

"10 minutes left before midnight" Harry said looking at his watch. I nodded.

"You know you guys didn't have to do all of this" I said to them.

"Hey we wanted to. So who wants to have a toast before New Year?" Liam asked as he raised his glass. We all followed him as he said, "To the New Year"

"To the New Year!" Just then we heard a booming sound and as we turned to the origin of the sound we saw fireworks. We quickly stood up to watch the fireworks and I was left in awe. It was such a wonderful sight.

"Beautiful, isn't it?" Harry asked grinning at me as I nodded.

It has been like 5 minutes since the fireworks started and I was guessing it was ending soon. But towards the end, I noticed the fireworks, showing words. I looked at them as my eyebrow furrows with confusion as I read them.

"The most amazing"

"Girl we ever met"

"we'll miss you"

"keep in touch"

"Pia Ramin" I stared at the last words Pia Ramin.

"What the?" I looked at the guys and they were all smirking. I gasped as I realized that it was their doing.

"Ohmygod, you guys did that, didn't you?" I asked covering my mouth which I can't seem to close.

"Yup, it wasn't easy though" Liam said winking.

"But did you like it? Tell us you like it, didn't you?" Niall asked grinning. I nodded as tears fall from my face.

"Aw, guys" I said hugging all five of them. "You are sweetest, best and most amazing guys I ever met, and I'm glad I have you as my friends"

"You didn't answer the question" Louis pointed out laughing.

"Yes, of course! I loved it" I said giggling.

"Good, because the words that were flashed are true" Zayn said smirking.

"You, Pia Ramin, are the most amazing girl we ever met" they said at the same time. I giggled at them, smiling which I can't seem to stop.

"You practiced that didn't you?" I asked, knowing them. They chuckled.

"Maybe a little" Harry answered as we all laughed. New Year, new friends! But as the New Year came, my departure comes closer as well.
