Veronicas POV
I woke up the next morning with the biggest smile on my face, I had the cutest dream, me and Niall went on a date to this cute little restaurant on the pier and then took a walk along the beach. I got myself dressed http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=98173552 , I walked into the lounge to find my parents eating their breakfast, I haven't seen much of them lately because they both found new jobs, which means they work late or are they're away from home for a few days at a time.
'good morning' I smiled brightly at them
'someone's happy' my mammy commented
'mmmm, Byeeeee Guysss' I said laughing as I left to meet the girls.

As we headed into school and the girls headed off to their lessons, I could see a certain blonde haired beauty standing by my locker, I felt myself smile as I approached him.
'Good Morning' I cheered
'Hello'
'what can I do for you this morning?' I asked
'A date would be nice'
'would it, and when would you like this 'date'?'
'how about Friday, 6pm, dinner at Barts ?' he asked
'Yeah sure'
'Good, I'll uh, speak to you later then' he said as he walked off into the distance
I sighed at the fact the happy moment was over as I grabbed my books and headed to first class, Gym, ew, it's a well known fact that a girl like me do not like to get all hot and sweaty before the day had even begun.

By the time lunch arrived I was exhausted, school wore me out so much it wasn't even funny, and I had so much homework to do and it was only day 2 of the term. I flopped down on the grass next to the girls, I'd hadn't seen them since this morning except Becka because I had philosophy with her 3rd.
'afternoon girlies' I greeted, i got a chorus of 'Hello's' in return.
'so I have news for you' I said casually
'hmmm' Sonia hummed
'I have a date Friday night'
'WHAAAAAAATTT' they all screeched in unison
'firstly OW, secondly, Niall asked me to Bart's, you know that diner place in town?'
'AWWWW' Iz cheered
'so what are you gunna wear?' Lily asked
'I don't know a dress maybe, i have a few days to think, i'm so nervous though' I sighed happily
'hate to burst ya bubble but what are you gunna tell Michael?' Becka asked
'Crap, I hadn't thought about that 'I groaned in frustration. My brain began to whirr with thoughts of what I could tell Mikey I was doing Friday night, instead of what I was actually doing.
'He's going to get suspicious if I go out all dressed up, and I can't say I have a party because he'd definitely know I was lying'
'well you could just say that we're all going out for dinner, then you're not technically lying are you' Sonia suggested
'it works I'll take it' I said grinning

I got home and showered and changed into some comfortable clothes http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=98178794 and settled down to do my homework, I looked at the clock a little while later to see it was nearly half past 5, I decided to stop work as I'd finished most of my work. As I walked into the kitchen I could hear my brother and his friends playing Fifa, I popped in to see if they wanted any dinner.
'Hey guys did you me to cook you some pizza or something?' I asked, I got a chorus of yeah's, sure's and great's in response.
'I'll help yeah' Niall grinned up at me
'Sure' I smiled back and padded off to the kitchen
'so what do you want me to do?' Niall asked
'uh, well you could get the pizza's out the freezer'
'yeah okay' he said as he started digging around in the freezer for them
'woo found them, how many do you want?' he replied triumphantly
'3 maybe' I suggested giggling at his excitement from finding the pizzas
'3 it is, little miss' He was totally flirting with me again, I smiled to myself as he sat down opposite me after putting the pizzas in.
'so tell me about yourself' I spoke
'well, I'm 17, I'm originally from Mullingar in Ireland, but we moved to Australia just after I finished my GCSE's, I live with my mum, dad and my older brother Greg, and I play guitar' he stated
'omg you played guitar, me too' I practically yelled at him, he started laughing at my enthusiasm and felt myself blush.
'you're pretty when you blush' he said softly, I blushed deeper
'thank you' our eyes met, and I hadn't realised how close we were, until the timer beeped I jumped backwards by about a foot, i starting giggling in surprise as I went to get the pizzas out of the oven.
'right there you go, there's your pizza Nialler, enjoy' I said handing him the pizzas on a tray.
'Nialler?' he questioned raising his eyebrow
'sorry,I have a habit of giving people nicknames' I mumbled
'don't be, s' cute, I like it' he grinned as he left, leaving me standing in the kitchen staring at my pizza.

'Bedtime for me I guess' I said aloud to myself
' I'll tuck you up' a gruff voice said in response, I whipped my head up so quickly to see my all time best boy buddy.
'LIAMMMM' I yelled, I hadn't seen him in forever, he moved to the other side of town so he could attend a really good sports college.
'Hey, Ronnie' he puffed out as I flew at him
'I've missed you so much, hows college going, ?' I asked
'yeah s'good thanks' he replied
'come on lets go watch a film' I dragged him to my room
'scooch' I said to him as I settled on the bed next to him, started to tell him about Niall and he told me about this girl he met on his course Danielle, but I fell asleep about half way through his story.
