Broken Hearted
What are we??
Harry told me to stay in my room in case it was someone who wanted to hurt me… I told Harry that I could defend myself but Harry being the over-protective boyfriend or… I don’t even know if I and Harry are a couple… I was lost in thought that when Harry shouted for me to come out of the room, I had to calm myself because my heart felt as if it would jump out of my chest!
I walked out of my room and expected to see Harry standing alone but instead he was joined with Maribel.
“Hey Annabella! We were worried about you because we got home and we didn’t find you and then we called you and you didn’t answer! Veronica was nearly crying yesterday but eventually she fell asleep… Thank god for that...”
I really felt bad because I should have at least texted one of them saying where I was and with who. “Sorry Maribel, I wasn’t really thinking yesterday, tell Veronica I’m sorry and that I’ll make it up to her and of course you aswell.”
“It’s ok, I came here to see of you were here so Veronica wouldn’t have a heart attack. Anyways I got a message from Tony saying that we have practice today at 4pm so… Are you gonna still compete or are you going to…” She looked away slightly, embarrassed for her question.
“Yeah I’ll compete, maybe it will help me solve things and get my niece back…” I didn’t want to talk about Mia because I knew I would start crying.
“Ok! Well then I better get going because if I don’t Veronica is going to flip and by flip I mean literally flip! Haha anyways I’ll see you later! Bye Annabella! Bye Harry!” I waved goodbye before she exited the front door, shutting it with a slam.
I really felt bad for not doing something for Mia immediately but since ‘unknown’ hadn’t said anything about how I could get my niece back, it was kind of difficult to get my niece back. I had called my sister yesterday but she didn’t answer me so I was guessing she either doesn’t want to talk to me or they have got her as well. I know I may sound very calm about this but I’m not! I’m scared of what they might do to my sister and niece…
“Annabella!!!” I was broken from my daydreaming by Harry shouting my name. I stared at him as if I was looking right through him before reality hit me and I noticed that I was staring at him.
“Huh! What? Did you say something?”
“I asked you if you were alright?”
“Yeah just thinking…”
“Oh… Are you doing to be okay competing?”
“Yeah of course! Maybe it will help me…” I hoped it would help me!

We decided to walk to the park where we were practising just to clear my head a bit. I was thinking if Harry and I were a couple or what. I looked at our entwined hands and thought of when we first met in Grade 8…
*Flashback*
I walked through the crowded hallways of my new school. I was lost and scared, people were pushing me and I would get slapped by somebody’s text book every once or twice. I was getting to the end of the part of the hallway that was crowded when I bumped into someone. My books fell from my hands. I landed on top of the person I had bumped into.
I immediately started apologising until I heard his raspy deep voice say it was ok. I looked up and was met by a beautiful pair of sparkling green eyes. I fell in love with him as soon as I looked in his eyes. He chuckled in response to me admiring his eyes. My face turned bright red as I tried to get off of him.
“Sorry… Oh gosh I’m such a klutz!” I looked up at him noticing he was staring me intently.
“Sorry love, uh I didn’t get your name. Mine is Harry…” He looked at me with a curious look on his face.
“Uh nice to meet you Harry. I’m Annabella… Sorry for what happened…”
“It’s okay, I should’ve looked where I was walking… I see your new here, would you like me to show you around?”
“That would be nice thank you” I smiled at him and he put out his hand for me to hold.
*End of Flashback*
Since then we had become good friends and then a couple of months later he asked me to become his girlfriend. I decided to ask Harry my unforgettable question that I had been dreading to ask, scared by what the answer might be.
“Harry?”
“Mhm?”
“What are we?”
“Huh? What do you mean?”
“I mean, are we a couple or are we just friends… with benefits kind of thing?”
“Annabella, you are my most important person in the world. I would die for you if I had to. I know I should have asked you this before but I was scared foe what might be your answer… Annabella, will you receive this gift and do me the honours of becoming my girlfriend?”
He gave me my forever necklace with a hopeful facial expression. “Yes! I will be your girlfriend Harry!”
He stared at me with an excited look on his face before twirling me around. We were enjoying each other’s company when I heard someone speak to us from behind me.
“Annabella, I never expected to see you here…”

Sorry it took so long for me to undate but I have been really busy with school work!!! I'm like really stressed out! I can't even sleep...Anyways what do you think will happen?
