A love worth waiting

I woke up to the alarm clock that was recently bought earlier yesterday. I got up and pulled an outfit out of my suitcase.

i know I'm lazy. I haven't unpacked yet but when I get home from school I'm planning on it.

i was really hoping today would be different for some random reason. Maybe I would actually make a friend. When I finished applying my eyeliner, I ran downstairs and sat at the table where my mom set a bagel for me.

"its your first day honey. Are you ready?" My mom asked as she patted my hand.

"yea mom." I smiled at her. I got up and kissed her cheek before I headed out to my car.

i pulled into the school parking lot and turned off the car. I looked around the school and I was surprised how similar this was to my old school. I opened the car and headed up to the office to get my schedule.

by the time I head up to the office I was surprised that there was already a student up there. "C'mon Alice. Just this last time" the boy tried to persuade the lady in office. I recognised him as the boy outside my window.

"no niall. I've offered you favors too many times" she apologised and then turned to me. "May I help you"

"oh sorry. Yeah I just need a schedule." I smiled and walked up to the office window.

"newbie" niall leaned up against me on the side of window.

"here ya go sweetie" Alice handed me my schedule and then turned to the phone. I felt my schedule be pulled from my fingers.

"see ya first period" niall winked and then ran off as the bell rang.
