KAYLA'S POV
I was just walking around town, totally bored with nothing to do. Even though this is a big town and making friends had been easy ever since the first day I arrived, they're all just still inside, snoring away. I've already seen all of Harry's daily shirtless pictures, it's only 7 in the morning and I'm already soo bored.
Suddenly, something red and fiery caught my eyes. I took a few steps back and walked towards it. It was a flaming mocking jay pin with the words Directioner Games carved deep into it, revealing the cheap grey material they used to make it. Still, even though its cheap, it looks amazing. I picked it up and saw a piece of paper with bold red printing behind it. I bent down to read it.
Directioner Games, it titled.
District 1 Games, fight and compete with other contestants. Winner will get a week in heaven with Harry Styles!
This is great, I thought. A week in heaven with Harry!
This will take place in the forest. 200 contestants will be chosen from each district to compete in the Games. The objection is to eliminate as many people as possible so you are the last one left standing.
I read on,
However, beware of possible death situations like starvation, dehydration, murder, and illness.
I flipped the page,

Nobody had signed up yet, great! I was the first one! I carefully wrote my name with the pen in the neatest printing I could possibly make and smiled. I'll be there to win this game.
By that afternoon the sign up sheet had gotten so popular there was a swarm of people around it screaming to sign up. I smirked, I'm still the first one.
There's a lot of Harry Styles girls signing up since our town was so big. Which lowered the possibility of winning by... A lot. But I was still determined to win.
I hope there's some other way of winning instead of just bloodbath. Since there could be Directioners that are not really the best Harry fan but still good fighters.
I saw one of my friends, she's a crazy Harry fan signing up and greeted her.
"Have you seen the games?" She asked me excitedly.
"Of course," I said, "I was the first one to sign up!"
"Really?" She smiled excitedly, I signed up too! We can be.. Allies!"
I smiled back even though I know this is not going to be as easy as she says. She probably didn't have time to read the sheet fully but it clearly says "THE winner" not "The TWO winners".
