Laughter Is The Best Medicine
A New Home
I walk into my new room "that's not all" I hear voice behind me and see Harry walk over to pair of doors I didn't see and he opens them and the doors lead to an empty walk in closet "would you like to fill it" Liam asks me I nod silently next thing I know I am in a van and we are on the mall to buy me a lot of clothes.
that night
I had just finished putting away the last of my new stash when I heard Harry yell " Kayla we are going to the park to get some ice cream if you want any you better be down here in the next three minuets" "ok here I come" I shout back as I run out my door and down the stairs.
15 minutes later
I am sitting on one of the swings eating a vanilla ice cream cone and girl who looked about my age asked if the swing next to me was free i nodded "hi I'm Maddie" the girl introduced her self "I'm Kayla" I told her "come meet my friends" Maddie said to me as she pulled me over to were to boys who looked about our age without waiting to see if I wanted to or not. "Guys this is Kayla" Maddie told the boys. One of them had his arm around Maddie's shoulders "I'm Jacob" he said "I'm Camron" the other boy told me "I haven't seen you around before" Camron told me "I just moved here with my adopted family" I tell him "what happened to your other family" Maddie asked "my grandparents passed away when I was a baby and my parents were only children and were killed in a fire on my birthday a few days ago" I tell them trying not to cry "I speak for all of us when I say we are so sorry" Jacob said after a few moments of silents. "KAYLA" I heard Niall call out obviously looking for me "was that Niall Horan calling your name" Maddie asked "yep why" I replied "did one direction adopt you" Maddie asked I just nodded this time "look I have to go can you guys give me your phone numbers and i will text you tonight" I tell them they put there numbers in my phone and then I ran over to where the boys were standing waiting for me are "you ready to go" Liam asked me "yep lets go" "who were those kids you were with just before" Liam asked as we walked back to the house with the boys "some new friends I made just now" I replied.
