The One (Niall Horan fanfiction)

I was eating junk food in the kitchen. I was sitting on a stool. Eating chips and ice cream not a good combination, but I was bored so I was just eating anything.
I jumped at the pounding on the door. I jumped down from the stool and ran out of the kitchen to the front door. I quickly unlocked and opened the door. Opening the door. My stomach dropped when I saw who it was. It was Jake.
I swallowed hard," Um uh w-what are y-ya doin' here," I stuttered. There was this big lump in my throat that I just couldn't swallow down. My breathing becoming heavy as he stared at me with dark eyes.
"What the hell do you think I'm here for." Jake spat." I'm coming to get my shit bitch," Jake said harshly. He pushed me back. I stumbled back and falling to the floor.
He chuckled running up the stairs," Clumsy hoe."
I stand up and follow Jake up stairs. He went to my room I followed him in. He was searching the room for all his things. When he couldn't find all his stuff he grew angry and walked quickly to me. I held my breath.
He grabbed my left arm pulling me to him. I flinched in fright.
"Where is all my fucking shit," He yelled.
" Uh it's in my closet," My voice was shaky," In- in a box."
"It better not just be thrown in there either it better be nicely folded and neatly put in the damn box," he said threw his teeth and jerks my arm back.
My body was tense. I bit my bottom lip as he went into the closet and grabbed a big box.
He came out of the closet and harshly brushed by me leaving me in my room alone. When he was gone my body began to relax a bit. I waited to hear a door slam so I would know he was out of my house.
I let out a huge breath. I take my phone out of my back pocket. I searched through my contacts until I found Jamie. I call her after three rings she answered her phone.
"Hello," She answered.
"Jamie," I say my voice cracked.
"Maddi what's wrong? What is Jake? Oh my gosh it was Jake wasn't it? Did he hurt you? Are you alright?" She asked worried." What happened? What did he say to you?"
"I'll tell you just come over." I said tears welling up in my eyes.
I'll be there right away." She said.
"Alright see ya soon" I say before hanging up.

It didn't take long before I could hear her car roll up. I jump up and run to the door and open it.
Jamie wasn't alone she was with Stacy and Austin.
I step out of the house," Hey," I say.
"You alright Mad," Austin asked concern in his voice.
'Yeah it's just whenever Jake comes around I freeze and I can't talk and then I end up letting him walk all over me," I said frowning." He scares me." A tear falls down my cheek.
"It's okay hun you know he's just a jerk eventually you will be able to stand up, but right now you're still fragile darlin',"Stacy said giving me a hug.
They all stayed with me all night. We stayed up late and talked. Which I shouldn't have because the next morning I was late for work.
