I love you.
Niall turned and walked towards the gate.
There they go. Leaving, and I don't know when I am going to see them next. I just stood watching them leave, go through the gates. After about 5 minutes of standing staring at the gate, I turned and walked away.
I didn't have a clue about what to do now. I didn't have anyone here, except Jaci.. But she was always with Ali and. I couldn't handle Ali right now.
it couldn't hurt to just ask what Jaci was doing.
-Hey:) What are you doing today?
I was sitting in my car, waiting for an answer. But also thinking about what I would do if Jaci was with Ali.
-Nothing really.
Jaci responded to me-
-But are you with Ali right now??
I didn't know what I was anticipating her to say.
-No. She's been.. Different lately. I don't really know how to describe it.. Would you want to come over? We have to talk..
This was NOT what I was thinking she would say.
-Sure. I just dropped Shay off at the airport.. So I will be at your house in like 30 minutes, 45 tops.. But.. I'm hungry.. Wanna go get something?
It didn't take her long to respond, but I already knew what it would be.
-That sounds like a great plan!!! See you in a few:)
I turned my key and started my car. I set my phone in the cup holder. I pulled out of the parking structure, and started to Jaci's house.
Jaci only lived down the street from me. I pulled by her house, and my worst nightmare was there.
Ali's car was in the driveway. I knew for sure that she was there because her AND Mikie were standing in her doorway talking to Jaci. I parked in front of Jaci's house and called her.
After many rings she finally picked up.
"I can explain. Don't get mad. I got dressed and all ready to go. The doorbell rang and I thought it was you. Earlier I told Ali I couldn't hang out. Like 10 minutes after you asked me to go to lunch and talk. I guess she didn't believe me and now she's here at my house. Great right?" I couldn't believe this!
"Well, just tell her you are going to lunch. Problem solved."
"Yeah, that's the problem. Mikie wants to talk to you.." I could hear the panic in her voice. I knew something was wrong. Mikie didn't just want to talk to me. He WANTED me.
"I have to go. Um... I really would love to go to lunch with you. But this I cannot handle. Jay.. I have to go. You can meet me somewhere. But if Mikie follows you.. I have to leave." Jaci and I were so close. She was very close to my best friend. She was right behind Shay. So we can tell things through each others voice.
"Cam. Another time. I don't want you to be uncomfortable. Go home."
I started my car back up and drove back to my house. I didn't just do a U-turn. I went around to get to my house.
I walked to my garage door and shut the garage. I ran downstairs to find Jackson.
"Jackson!!!" I hollered his name to try to find him.
"Jackson!!!" He wasn't answering but I needed him! I went to his room, and he wasn't there. I walked to the theater room and he was sitting on the couch with his arm around Rebekah-His girlfriend. I gave him a look of need. He sighed and got up, telling Bekah he would be right back.
"Um... It's Mikie.."
"Again?!"
"Yeah, he was at Jaci's house when I went to pick her up. I called Jaci and she told me that he needed to talk to me."
"Did he see you?"
"I don't think so. I hope not." He just looked at me. Disbelief in his eyes.
"We'll.." He paused for a long time.
"Where's Niall? And Shay?" I looked at him. I would have already gone to them but they were flying over Colorado right now.
"They left for London today. They went home."
"Alright, come and watch with us. It's not like he is going to come into the house unwelcome."
I just watched the movie with Jackson and Bekah the rest of the day. We hung out and went to dinner.
They helped keep my kind off Mikie. That is why my brother is one of the bestest friends there can be.
