Just My Luck!
Pressure.
Niall's P.O.V.
"Cam. Could we talk?" I just wanted to make sure she was OK, which I knew she wasn't. She didn't even turn back around to talk to me.
"Cam." She just walked to a room. I had no clue where I was. She didn't shut the door, which I took as she wanted me to follow. I shut the door to find Cami sitting on the floor, in a laundry room red eyed.
"Cam, what happened?" She looked up at me.
"You shouldn't be here." She stopped. Then finished-
"I mean- I- I- I want you here. But.." She didn't finish her sentance. I didn't know how to respond. When I walked in here I didn't think that this was what she was going to say.
"Cam, I can take what ever happened. I know it was bad. But I don't want you to think that you can't tell me anything. You can tell me everything and anything. I won't judge. If you aren't ready to tell that's OK. If it was really that bad. But Cam. I am always here for you." She didn't say anything, just looked at the spinning washer, while I held her in my arms, for what felt like forever, but really was only about 5 minutes. Then she looked up at me.
"It was Mikie. He was there and he thought Harry was you, and he punched Harry and kneed him. Niall it was horrible. I am just glad it wasn't really you-" She paused mid-sentance.
"That was so mean! I mean- I feel bad for Harry, but I am glad it wasn't you." I laughed.
"It's OK, do you want me to go talk to him?" She looked at me, almost glared.
"No, Harry already got hurt. I don't want you to get hurt too."
We just sat there, her in my arms, until we heard Shay calling for us that brownies were done.
"Brownies? How do you feel? Movie and brownies. Good combination? Right?" I turned to Cami to ask her if she was up for it.
"Yes, as long as I get the spot next to you."
"Always and for ever." I winked at her. I stood up and put my hand out to help her up. She grabbed my hand and I pulled her up. She didn't let go of my hand, she held it, as we walked downstairs to go watch the movie, and she held it through-out the whole movie.
Cami's P.O.V.
I don't even remember half the movie. I fell asleep in Niall's arms half-way through the movie. The next thing I remember was a really bright light shining on my face.
I looked around and realized it was only me and Niall downstairs, in the movie room at-least. Niall was still asleep. Until I moved my head.
"Oh! Sorry! I didn't realize you were on my head." He looked confused at first then realized where he was.
"Your all good." Niall said after kissing my head.
"Where is everyone?" Niall asked looking around and seeing that no one else was there.
"Good question. I was wondering the same thing." We just tried to wake up for the next few minutes. Finally Niall stood up and grabbed my hand to help me up.
We walked upstairs to find no one.
"Let me go check my phone? And see if Shay sent a text?" I told Niall. It was more of a question.
We walked down into where Shay and Emily were staying. I had plugged in my phone in here the night before. I picked up my phone and sure enough, I had a text from Shay-
'Hey! Sorry, you and Niall looked so cute together we didn't want to wake you! We ran to the store, shouldn't be gone long. Be back around 10?'
I looked at the time, it was 12:30! Where were they?
"She said they would be back around 10.." I said letting 10 hang on for a while.
"What time is it now?"
"12:30.."
"Well then.. What do you want to do?" I didn't know what I wanted to do. I wanted to sleep.
I smiled at him and laid on the bed. He followed right behind before we fell back asleep.
