Just My Luck!
Back home. Life gone.
Shay's P.O.V.
Christmas had passed. It was a week after Christmas and Cami had to go home. I didn't want her to go home. I could tell Niall and her were really liking eachother. I could tell because on Christmas, Cami went up and then Niall went up. When they came back down one, Cami had a new necklace, and they were holding hands!!! I was so happy! We could now do things together. But I could also tell that they didn't want anyone to know because they didn't tell anyone, and when we would ask, they would just sit quite and not say anything.
Now Cami was going home. I didn't really want her to leave but she had school. When she would go back there would be Mikie, but I also knew she would have Niall to call and talk to. Still she was leaving and I didn't know when I would see her next.
"Shay, would you help me with my bags?" Cami asked me. I had been sitting on her bed. It wasn't really a guest room anymore. She added more to her room, pictures of us, and all our friends from here. Shear it hers. Now when ever she visits she can just stay here. No need fora hotel. I would never let her do that. But it was hers.
"Yeah." I said as I got up and grabbed her bags.
"are you sure you are OK going on the plane alone?" I was worried she wasn't going to be OK. Because Emily was staying here and not going back to the US.
"Shay, I told you. I will be fine! I have ridden on a plane so many times!"
"I know. I'm just worried.. You know that. It's a long ride!" She just looked at me and laughed.
We walked outside together, to where Niall, Harry, Louis, Liam, Zayn, and Emily were waiting to say goodbye.
Niall's P.O.V.
We were all waiting outside for Cami and Shay. They were inside talking and finishing with Cami's bags. I couldn't believe she was leaving today. It feels like she only got here yesterday.. Cami and I had grown in the past two weeks. I knew she wasn't ready to go home, but I also knew she had to go back home for school. She has been having break downs about going back. She wasn't ready to handle Mikie again, or even Ali.. They had broken her heart.
"All ready?" Harry asked as Cami and Shay walked out.
"Yup! I think we finally are!" Cami said with a huge smile on her face.
"Bye Cami!" Louis, Liam, and Zayn said together.
"Bye boys! I'm going to miss you guys! I don't know when I will be able to see you next! But don't forget you can always call or text me." They laughed as she said that. I didn't know why it was funny.. It was like an inside joke or something..
"See you soon Cami?" Emily said but it was almost questioning.
"Your not coming to the airport?"
"No, still have unpacking todo.."
"Oh, yeah see you soon.. Don't know when.. But soon." She smiled and gave Emily a huge.
Harry, Shay, and I were going to the airport with her to see her off.
Everyone finished with goodbyes as we got in the car. Harry me Shay sat I the front and Cami and I sat in the back.
I grabbed Cami's hand and held it tight. I looked over at her and saw she was smiling at me. I smiled back at her and slung my arm around her. She leaned her head onto my shoulder.
We pulled up to the airport and hopped out. Harry and I grabbed her bags. We walked in the airport right as Cami's plane was called to start boarding. Which kent we didn't really have a lot of time to say goodbye. We walked her bags to check-in together. We walked her as far as was could till we had to say 'goodbye'.
"Bye Harry." Cami said.
"See you soon Cami!" Harry sAid as he gave her a quick but meaning full hug.
Cami then turned to Shay and and didn't say anything. She just smiled. Shay couldn't say anything either. I knew they were best friends. I knew how hard it is to say bye to your best friend. They just looked at each other till they finally gave each other a hug.
After they finished saying goodbye, Cami finally turned to me. I took her in a huge hug. Neither of us said a word until I whispered into her ear-
"I love you."
She didn't say anything, she just lifted her head and kissed me right on the lips. Then she turned and walked away.
