... Bobby Horan
I stood up and screamed.
'Bobby!!! Killed!!! My!!! Friend!!!' I shrieked. Police officers had been sent out to get him from Niall's party. Niall sat me down and rubbed my back.
'My sweet it will be ok.' He said.
'Why. Doesn't. It. Bother. You. That. Your. Dad's. A. Murderer?' I asked panting between words.
'I've always know he'd do it one day. I think it's the only sin he hasn't committed.' Niall said. We sat in silence for around 10 minutes. Then about 5 policeman dragged Bobby into the room. He was sweating and red in the face. They sat him down and strapped him to the chair. Sargent Sagna and Officer Peters walked in. Officer Peters and 3 other men guarded the door.
Sagna: So. We have been told to believe that Miss Calder has been falsely accused of murder by Mr Bobby Horan. He turned out to be the real murderer when we were told by witness Oscar Spikes, Miss Rogers's friend and boyfriend, at 00:17. We are now doing a court session but in private. Lets start with Miss Calder and Mr Niall Horan.
Me: Before you start can you call us Mr and Mrs Horan?
Sagna: Of course, Mrs Horan. Mrs Horan, how do you know Mr B Horan?
Me: Well he was my kidnapper, rapist, husband and half-father of my child.
Sagna: Did you have any idea he was a murderer?
Me: Well I had my suspicions because it was the only commandment he hadn't broken.
Sagna: And what is your relationship to Mr N Horan?
Me: He is my husband. After this we are getting our marriage un-annulled.
Sagna: And finally did Miss Rogers have or do anything against you, Niall or Bobby?
Me: Yes, she did sexually harass me when I was on the XFactor. She didn't like Bobby when I told her about him or Niall when he chose.
Sagna: Thank-you Mrs Horan. I hope you and your husband live happily together.
I smiled and looked at Bobby. He face was a mixture of hurt and anger.
Sagna: Mr Niall Horan. You are Bobby's son. Do you think there are any reasons why he would have been drawn to murder?
Niall: Not really he was a good father.
Sagna: Did/Does he have any Mental Illness or Brain Damage?
Niall: No but he did go mad when my mother left him and then when Juliet left him again.
Sagna: And what was your relationship with the deceased.
Niall: She was just my wife's bandmate.
Sagna: Thank-you for your time. Happy Birthday and many happy returns!
Niall: How did you know it was my birthday.
Sagna: Well we had to drag your father from your birthday party and besides my 12 year-old daughter Amina loves you!
Niall: I'd love to meet her.
Sagna: I'll set that up! Anyway on with the trial. Mr B Horan.
Bobby: Yes sarge.
Sagna: You have been accused with murdering a young girl called Johanna Isabelle Rogers. Do you plead yourself guilty or innocent?
Bobby: Guilty. I did kill her.
Sagna: Do you have any reason.
Bobby: Yes for love.
Sagna: Can you explain that further for us.
Bobby: Well when I found out that Juliet was going to Niall's party I needed something to get her attention off Niall so I killed Johanna. I arrived at his party just as she was declaring her love for everyone and finally ended up with Niall. I was so angry that I phoned you up and told you she was the murderer because I though that if I couldn't have her, Niall couldn't have her either. Then you figured out it was me.
Sagna: Is it true about the things you did to Juliet.
Bobby: Yes but I did them with love.
Sargent Sagna shook his head.
Sagna: You are not helping your case. Robert John Horan I find you guilty of murder, rape, sexual harassment and sexual slavery. I sentence you to 30 years behind bars to make up for your wrong-doings.
