Chapter 10
*1 week later*
I was walking to the Co-op. The same Co-op I went to on the day I 'died'. I haven't been there for over a year. It's Niall's birthday today and I wanna get him some chocolates. I haven't spoken to him since I met Amaya Rose. When I got to the Co-op there was a huge pile of flowers at the entrance to the shop. There were cards as well. I picked one up and read it.
'She will always be in our hearts, but if she's out there we'll find her.'
On the front there was a picture of me and Eleanor. This was a card for me. The Directioners are looking for me. They'll find me. They're Directioners, they can find anything. I put down the card, shook myself off and walked into the shop. I picked a random box of chocolates and one of those goodness gang toys, a garlic, and took them to the counter.
'Hi.' the man said. It was the same man.
'Hi.' I said.
'Would you like a bag for that?'
'Yes please.'
'Are you ok?'
'Yeah I'm fine but I was just wondering who those flowers are for?'
'Oh they are for Juliet Calder. You know, Eleanor Calder's sister? This was the last place she was seen. And I was the one who saw her.'
'Impressive!'
'Would you like anything else with that?'
'Oh yeah just a pack of Marlboros please.'
'You know that was the thing Juliet got when she came here.'
'Really? Cool.'
'Can I see some ID please?'
'Yeah sure here.' I passed my renewed drivers licence which said 'Juliet Horan' instead of 'Juliet Calder'.
'Hey you have the same name as her!'
'What a coincidence!'
'And isn't Horan the surname of that big popstar in One Direction?'
'Yes it is. I'm his cousin.' Tiny little white lie.
'That's cool' He passed me my bag of stuff.
'Thanks bye!' I said sweeping out of the shop.
'Bye!' He said.
I shook myself off again and started walking. My phone beeped. I took it out. It was from Bobby.
'Niall's party @ Funky Buddha club 10 pm - 3 am. Wont b able 2 go feeling sick. Can u go for me?'
I texted back.
'Sure'
I was staring at my phone still walking. Then I crashed into somebody.
'O my god! I'm so sorry! I'm not at my best today!' I said gathering my cigarettes, chocolate box and stuffed Garlic toy and shoving them back into the bag. My phone was fine so I slid that into my pocket. I looked up to see Harry standing there.
'Hi Harry. Sorry for crashing into you.' I said smiling awkwardly.
'It's ok Juliet. I like your new style and I'd rather crash into you than a random person.' He said taking my hand.
'Well same here.'
I looked into his eyes. They were now darker. I hadn't realised how much I'd grown. I was just a tiny bit shorter than him.
'So you're going to Niall's party.'
'Yeah I'd better show-up being his stepmother and all.'
'I heard about your argument and his new girlfriend.'
'Yes. I'm okay now. As long as he's happy.'
'No I meant now there's room for us.'
'What?'
'Don't talk just kiss me.'
I kissed him.
