I Should've Kissed You
Chapter Thirty-Four ღ
It’s nearly time and my room is a mess. Why did I want to look so good? Oh, right, I was meeting them afterwards... I quit thinking and go back to the clothes shattered around my room. I look around and finally spot the perfect outfit. I loved this outfit. It was a simple sparkly dark blue tank top and a Union Jack pair of leggings and a small jean jacket.
“There all dressed!” Johanna said rushing through the door.
“Jo! Yup, I’m dressed” I say with excitement. She joined me in the bathroom as we put just a thin layer of makeup.
We all had a plus one, well Diamond because she was, well having a ‘thing’ with Niall got a plus two… anyways Johanna was my cousin here in LA. She was from my father’s side of the family, and strangely we were really close and both hard core fans of one direction, that is what brought us together, it is ironic. I followed the band because I knew Harry. At first I didn’t know he was in a band, I did know he was auditioning for the X Factor, though after a while we stopped talking, then in 2011 came on the news ‘British boy-band conquers Europe’ and that’s when this crazy ride started.
Jo and I just talked and blabbed and for a second I forgot a knew Harry…
“Were is your bracelet? And your ring?” she said pointing at my hand.
“Oh right! It must be in one of these boxes” I say going to my shelf. I look through some boxes and then find one labeled ‘Jo&Me’ I quickly opened it and took out the bracelets. I look at them. Back at the time, we planned it, our first one direction concert we would wear them i hid my secret but a promise is a promise. So i took them and put them on. It was just a Ring and a Bracelet... I look at myself and shrug my shoulders. At least it didn’t look like I tried too hard.

“You look great quit looking yourself at the mirror” Jo said with a chuckle.
“I just don’t want to look like I tried too much” I sigh.
“You don’t,” she said. I just smile.
“Diamond!” I shout “April! Charlotte!” I called “Let’s go!” I shout as they come rushing in. April and Charlotte were both wearing One Direction shirts, and Diamond was wearing some casual clothes.
“Ok, may we go now?” I laugh.
“Yes Master” Diamond laughed as she made her way to the car. I drove for a few minutes to the arena. We were thirty minutes early just so we could wish them good luck. It was 7:30 and the concert started at 8 and went through 10pm.
“Hey Paul!” I greet nicely.
“Hey Hope, Diamond” he said.
“So this is Diamond’s plus two, and here is my plus one” I said.
“Ok then, go down the corridor and turn two rights and then a left and there will be a changing room with ‘one direction’ written on it” he said pointing into the air and opening the door.
“Okidokes. Thank you paul!” I say as I lead everyone through.
We knock on the door twice. Niall, shirtless, opens the door and lets us in. I swear Charlotte, April, and Jo looked like they were about to die. As we walk in we find half of the boys shirtless. More than half, let’s just say Liam was the only one with a shirt on.
I feel a pair of little arms hug my leg.
“Lux!” I say surprised I didn’t know she was coming.
“Howpe” she said with her amazingly cute baby accent.
“Hey there Luxy baby, how are you?” I say picking her up.
“Hello Hope” Lou, Lux’s mom greeted me.
“Lou, hello, I didn’t know you were coming” I say with a smile.
“I decided to join last minute” she said with a smile.
“That’s great” I smile as I put Lux down. “I’m gunna greet the boys.” I say “great to see you!” I smile.
“Hope!” Niall hugs me.
“Hey there Nialler” he said not letting me go.
“Group hug!” Louis shouted.
“Louis!” I shout too late the boys all hugged me, including Di, Char, April and Jo.
“We’ve missed you so much!” Liam said.
“You saw me yesterday silly!” I chuckle.
“And that was way too long!” Zayn said.
“Awh, I love you guys” I say, “Now warm up your perfect voices and sing your hearts out” I say as they all let go of the group hug.
“Yes mom” Liam joked.
“Don’t talk much daddy” I said back sticking my tongue at him.
“Me and the girls will be at our places” I say with a smile.
“Good luck Nini” I hear Diamond say.
“Thank you” he said.
“I love you” she said hugging him.
“Love you too” he said as they shared a short kiss.
Diamond finally caught up and we went to our seats. We had great seats and it was amazing. A few more minutes passed and they started. They were amazing and it really is crazy how my life got to this point. All the time I was just staring at Harry hoping he would look this way and mean what he was singing as he did before to me back in the car when his songs played. Though my mind was still confused, was the relationship with Harry good for me or bad for me. There was this huge instrumental break well the boys must be changing clothes.
They quickly come back wearing some casual like clothes.
“And now our favorite part, when you, directioners, get to talk to us!” Zayn said with a huge smile.
“Tweet on!” Niall laughed to the microphone.
I looked around the stage… there were only four guys on stage. Where was Harry. ´
“Harry?” Liam called in the microphone worriedly.
“Man, is he in the bathroom again?” Niall laughed covering up. “And we
thought Zayn was vain” Niall chuckled. The crowd joined in “he’ll be joining us when he’s done, don’t worry it’ll be soon” he smiled.
“I’ll be right back” I say to Diamond, I’m not gunna lie, I was worried. He wasn’t vain and I could read their facial expression, I went backstage everyone was looking for Harry, I checked all the bathrooms. I went down a staircase that led me to a staff only bathroom. I hear noises. I barge in and see Harry.
“Harry” I gasp.
“Go-” he paused “-away” he finished.
“I’m not leaving you like this, like it or not I’m helping” I kneeled besides him.
“There all dressed!” Johanna said rushing through the door.
