EMMA'S POV:

I felt my heart instantly stop when I watched as Jordon tackled Zayn. They were constantly throwing hard punches at each other and Zayn was the one that looked the worse.

Taking my eyes off of them I look over to where the rest of the guys were fighting. Harry was beating the hell out of one of the men in black, because I noticed blood covering his knuckles. He finished of the guy and looked over at Niall who had just finished up his guy as well. Louis and Liam walk up to them and nod as if to say they're done and they all look at Zayn and Jordon as they were on the ground wrestling.

I try getting up but the pain in my side hurt too much and I fell back on my hands and knees. I look at Zayn.

Please be okay I thought to myself as I sat back down and watched helplessly as the two fought.

ZAYN'S POV:

Jordon and I were still fighting and somehow he managed to pin me down and was constantly punching me in the arms as I blocked my face from his angry fists.

Remembering my fights with Harry when he would get pissed off I shut me eyes and throw a blind punch. I feel my hand come in contact with Jordon and he rolls off of me with a hand over his eye.

"Your gonna pay for that" he said lunging at me once again.

On instinct I quickly step over to the side and accidently trip Jordon making him face balm the large metal beam behind me knocking him unconcious. I relax a bit as I stare at his limp body.

"I have better not have to deal with you again" I said knowing that he couldn't really hear me. "And I better not find you anywhere near Emma"

Emma!

I quickly turn around and I see Emma as the guys were carefully helping her up off the ground. I see her wincing at every move she was making and I quickly make my way towards her.

She notices me and instantly shrugs the guys off her. They begin to protest but she ignores them and hurried towards me.

When we were only a few steps away Emma stumbles and starts to fall, but luckily I was there to catch her and fall with her.

On the ground she lifts her head up and looks at me with tears in her eyes. "I'm so glad your okay" she said burying her face in my chest.

I smile as my eyes began to tear up as well. "Funny" I said "I was going to say the same about you"

She laughs and we both slowly get up. Emma tried to walk but she nearly falls from her painful wounds.

Unable to see her in pain I pick her up bridal style and carry her out to the car where Harry graciously helped me get her into the car.

Without saying a word we all started our cars and we headed to the one place we really felt safe.... Home.

As we're driving Emma looks at me through tired eyes. "Zayn" she says lazily.

I glance at her then back at the road. "Ya?"

"I'm glad you didn't end up the same way David did"

My hands tightened on the steering wheel as I thought of David and how he too wanted to protect Emma the same way she protected her. "I am too" I said "I wish I could have known him more though"

"You're not blaming yourelf are you"

I smirked a little. "Maybe a litte"

"Why?"

"He wanted to protect you too" I said. "He was a friend of yours that was being bullied by the same guy as me and I never even talked to him till you brought him to our table'

Emma shrugs and winces. "Me and him have lived the same life" she said "You don't need to blame yourself for that."

I looked at her and smile. "Damn you're hard to beat in arguments"

She laughs. "You got that right"

And then we continued to drive in scilence.

EMMA'S POV:

I must have fallen asleep on the ride home, because The next thing I know I'm lying on a warm bed with two arms wrapped around my waist.

I roll over to see who it was and I find Zayn fast asleep next to me.

I reach up and gently stroke his face with the side of my hand.

He's so f****ing adorable I thought to myself

I watch as his eyes slowly open and flutter a bit to adjust to the sudden brightness.

"Morning" he said with a smile.

I smile back at him. "Morning"

"How are you feeling?"

"Better, my side is killing me though"

He laughs slightly. "then how about you stay in bed while I go get you some breakfast"

"Your a god" I said with a slight giggle.

He then rolls out of bed and leaves the room with me staring after him.

I wait there for a few minuets when Zayn comes back with a tray carrying 2 plates with pancakes, eggs, and sausage.

"Your breakfast is served" he said

I laugh a bit and scoot over to make room for him. "Thank you kind sir"

He sat down on the bed and handed me a plate.

I take it and take a bite. "Mmm" I said "I think I'm in love"

Zayn snorts a laugh that's nice to hear.

I roll my eyes and we quietly eat the rest of our breakfast.

After we were done I laid back down on the bed and Zayn lays down next to me and wraps his arms around me making sure not to hurt me.

"Zayn"

"hmm?"

"Do you think Jordon will come after me again?"

I feel Zayn's arms tense up when I asked that question and he slowly relaxes. "Not if he knows what's good for him"

I roll over and look at him. "If he does will save me?"

Zayn looks at me with those loving and caring eyes. "I promise that I will protect you and only you until I die"

"Promise?"

"You can bet that's a promise"

With a smile I slide my face over to his and let our lips connect. I kiss him and he kisses me back. That's all I want and that's all I need from him.

After a while we pull away and look at each other with loving smiles.

"I love you Zayn"

He kisses my forehead gently. "I love you too babe"

Then we close our eyes and drift of to sleep.
