Chapter 8
POV: Carmen
"What's going on?" I asked my parents. They looked like they were holding something back but I couldn't tell if it was good or bad. "Your father and I have something to talk to you about." my mom says. She looks upset. "Well, what is it?" I ask. They are starting to get me worried. "Well, your brother told us what happened in the driveway between you and that blonde kid." my dad said. "That. Little. Shit" I say. I meant to just think it but it kinda slipped out. "Carmen Rose Lindeen! Watch your language." my mom said to me. Oops. "Sorry, but what exactly did Jonah tell you." I ask curiously. "Just that there was some kissing involved. That isn't the point. I think that you need "The Talk". my mom says with a smirk on her face. I think that she is enjoying this. "Oh God No. Please don't. I have already had this talk like 3 times. I don't want anymore more extra details or new information." I say with a look of disgust. "Chris, can you leave Carmen and I to have a mother daughter talk." my mom asked my dad. "Of course." he says. "Good luck" my dad whispered into my ear. "Mom, please don't go into details. I already know all about sex and..." My mom cut me off. "Don't tell your father but... MY BABY HAS A BOYFRIEND!!!!!!!" my mom scream whispered. She walked over and gave me a massive bear hug. "Um, thanks mom." I say confused. "Well, what was it like?" she asked me getting all excited.
After the Explaining...
"Well, Congrats baby girl. Again, don't tell your father about this alright." mom asked me. "Um, sure. I'm gonna go to bed now. Good night." I say. I honestly just wanted to get out before she did start talking about you know what. "Good night sweetheart" she yelled back as I was already going up the stairs.
The Next Morning...
So, I was going for something different for school today so I chose this. Second Day of School Outfit . I think it's good for school. Plus, I think that Niall will like it too. I had a dream about him last night. It was A-MAZ-ING! Let's just say... it may have been more than kissing. I'm going to carpool with Louis today. In the past 3 days we have become best buds. Anyway, I can't wait to see Niall today. I wonder if he told any of the guys? Whatever. I would do the same thing with my friends.
In the School Parking Lot...
"Hey guys. What's going on?" I asked the boys. "Nothing, but Niall is over there waiting for you." Liam said like he was reading my mind or something. "Cool" I say like I don't know what he is talking about. I quietly walked over to Niall and wrapped my arms around his waist. He turned around and smiled at me. OMG, whenever I just look into his eyes I feel like I will melt. "Hey babe. I missed you." he said to me. "I missed you too." I say. "Do you want to grab a bite at Nandos after school?" he asked me. "Sure. What time?" I asked him. "How about 6:00. And then we could just...hangout afterwards." he said. I like what I am hearing. "Ok, well I'll see later." he said on his way to class. "K" I say.
After School...
"Ahhhhh!!! Your first date with Niall!!!" Perrie screamed while we were driving to the mall. "IKR!!!!" I screamed back at her. "Just wondering, why are we going BACK to the mall?" I asked. "To get you a date outfit of course." She said. "Oh, sorry." I said sarcastically. We finally got to the mall. "So let's go in here first" Perrie says, pointing to American Eagle. Yes, my fav store.
