Chapter 7
POV: Niall
First day of school. Great, just fucking great. Another year of high school. Ugh. Well at least I get to see Carmen's beautiful face everyday. She said that she has the cutest outfit for today, but she won't let anyone see it till we get to school. How stupid is that? Anyway, I still can't wait to see her. She said that she was carpooling with Perrie and Eleanor so we couldn't see her outfit. Grrrrr. "What do you think she will be wearing?" I say out loud instead of in my head. "What?" Liam asked confused. "I think Nialler was thinking about Carmen. Weren't you." Zayn says having a stupid grin on his face. He has no idea how much I want to punch it off. "Fine, I was thinking about her. But I can't help it. She is hot! I think I am starting to like her more than food." realizing what I just said. Nothing has ever come before my passion for food. Shit just got serious. "Whoa, are you feeling alright? You've never liked something more than food before." Louis says surprised. "Lad you just met her. How could you POSSIBLY like her more than food?" Harry says. "I have no clue and it is freaking me out. But I still think she is hotter than the fucking sun!" I say getting really excited. By excited, I mean FREAKING OUT! "Whoa. Poetic with some language." Zayn says. Again, I seriously want to punch him in the face.
POV:Carmen
"Ok, so where the hell am I supposed to go when we get there? I have no clue where any of these rooms are." I ask Perrie who was driving. "Just stay with me. Don't we have all of the same classes together?" She asked me "I think so except my electives are different." I say not very sure. "Whatevs, just go to the front office if you get lost." Eleanor said from the back seat. "KK." I say back.
At School...
"BOW CHICA WOW WHOWWW!!!"I hear Harry yell from the other side of the parking lot. "You look sexy." Niall says. OMG!!!! "Thanks. So, what have y'all been up to without us." I say to the guys. "Oh nothing. Just waiting for you."Louis says while turning his head towards Niall. "Yep just talking about random stuff." Niall says. I saw Niall's elbow ram into Louis's stomach. Wonder what that's about? "Anyway...Shouldn't we be getting to class?" I ask the guys. I think they just realized that there are 5 minutes left till the bell. "SHIT!!!!"Louis screamed. The last thing I see is him running into a pole and kept on running. He looked a little drunk.
After 3rd period...
"So, what's do you guys usually have for lunch here?" I asked Eleanor. "We usually have ravioli or lobster bisque." she says back. "Seriously? At my other school we had popcorn chicken and mozzarella sticks that were either burnt or to hard to chew." I say. It was true. I'm surprised that no one got sick from the stuff that was called "food". "That's disgusting!" Perrie said while pretending to puke. We all started laughing when 3 girls stopped us in front of the cafeteria doors. "Where do you think you're going." the one in the middle said. Was she asian? "Leave us alone Michelle." Perrie said to her. It looked like she was pissed off. "Who do you think you are." the girl on the right said. She was wearing a dress but she didn't look like she wanted to be wearing it. She looked more like a tomboy than a girly girl. "Bri, I was about to asks you the same question." Eleanor said to her while getting up in her face. She had to kinda bend dow because Bri isn't what I would call tall. "She asked you a question" the other girl said. She was short too. She looked like a tomboy too. She was wearing a skirt that didn't exactly suit her figure. "You know what. Get out of our way. We are going to eat and if you have a problem with that then go somewhere else where WE can't see your faces." I say to all 3 of them. They looked confused but regained their stern looks right away. Apparently they haven't had anyone stand up to them before. "Excuse me?" Michelle said looking really pissed off. "Excuse yourself" I say back to her. We walked right passed them and into the cafeteria. THAT was freaky. "You go girl!" Perrie said to me and gave me a high-five. "No one has ever done that to them before." Eleanor said. She had a massive smile on her face. " Who was that girl on the left of Michelle?" I ask them. "Her names Kayla. She is one of Michelle's little groupies." Perrie said with disgust. "Michelle, Bri, and Kayla call themselves "The DDG's. It stands for Drop Dead Gorgeous." Eleanor said. "Well don't you think they she check themselves in a mirror before they name themselves that." I say. We all laughed. After we got our lunches, we found the boys sitting at a picnic table outside and sat with them. "Hey guys, what's up?" I say. "The sky" Liam said. "Haha, very funny." Eleanor said, ''You wouldn't believe what just happened to us outside the cafeteria."
After we finish the story...
"Whoa! You have guts girl. No one stands up to the DGD's." Liam said looking surprised. "Well there's a new time for everything." I say and we all laughed.
After School...
"Hey, I gotta get home. My parents said that they wanted to have a family dinner so I kinda have to be there, even if I don't want to." I say. "Can someone drive me home?" I ask. "I will." Niall said. I think he thought it was a competition because his hand shot straight up. " K thanks. Bye guys, see you tomorrow." I say as we get into Niall's car. After we drove for 10 minutes I decided it was time to break the ice, but just as I was about to, Niall stopped the car. "Whatcha doin?" I ask him. "Your home." he said. Whoa, that was quick. I really have to tell him how I feel or I might explode. "Niall...I really like you. Please don't find this weird and I know I'm being kinda straight-forward about this but I just couldn't hide it anymore and I...." I was stopped by feeling something on my lips. I started to kiss back and 2 minutes later I say "That was a really nice way of telling me to shut up." and continue kissing him. All of a sudden I heard a car horn. "Oops." he said. I looked over and saw that his knee had hit the horn. "Nice." I said. We were just about to start into it again until I noticed someone in the driveway. "CRAP! That's my little brother." I say as I start to get unbuckled. "Was he watching us the whole time?" he asked me. "How the hell should I know. I was a little busy." I say and start to get out of the car. "Thanks for driving me home Niall, but I'm have something to take care of." I say and close the car door behind me."JONAH!!!!!GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE NOW!!!!!!" I scream and run into the house. Before I shut the door, I made sure that I waved bye to Niall before I continued to chase my brother.
I eventually just give up and go to my room. I locked the door behind me and laid down in my bed. I screamed into my pillow "BEST FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL EVER!!!!!" Then I heard my dad yell my name from downstairs. He sounds pissed. Great someone to ruin the rest of my day. "Honey can you come down here for a second." I hear my mom say in a nicer voice. As I walk down I can see my parents in the dining room. Crap, what's going on.
