Maddi POV

The next morning....

Last night was so much fun. After we ate at Nandos we went back to Louis' house and played Wii till 2:30 a.m. I kicked his ass in tennis. We eventually went back to Carmen's house at 3:00 because the guys were pretty much half asleep. We had to get into her room by going in through the window because her mom thought we were already asleep. Oops. I fell right asleep when my head hit the pillow. "So, what do you want to do?" Carmen asked me. "I don't know. We should probab..." I was interrupted by a scream that I recognized. "MADDI!!!" screamed Carmen's little sister, Lindsey, and runs to jump on the bed and give me the biggest bear hug that you could think of. "Hey booger, I missed you." I said and gave her a hug back. "I'll be right back." Carmen said and went into the bathroom. "Were you here all night?" Lindsey asked me in that cute little voice of hers. "Yeah. I would've come to say hi to you, but you were already asleep." I said making sure not to mention that we didn't get home till 3:00 this morning. "LINDSEY, COME HERE PLEASE!!!!" I hear Mrs.Lindeen scream from the kitchen. "Coming Mommy" Lindsey yells back down to her. She gave me one last hug and ran downstairs. "Hey Carmen, I'll meet you downstairs ok" I said seeing that she was still in the bathroom. I hope she is ok. "K, I'll be down in a minute." She replied. I can't help but try to hear what she is doing so I quietly walk to the door and gently put my ear on it. "Was he seriously screaming spoons!" I hear her say and start laughing hysterically. Was she on the phone with someone? "Awwwww, I miss you too babe." she said and I heard a kissing noise. She is on the phone with Niall. Wow, glad to know that I'm interesting. "Babe, I have to go." She says. Shit, shit, shit. I start to run to the door but there was a stupid blanket on the floor and I tripped. Carmen opened the door and saw me sprawled out on the floor. "I thought that you were going downstairs." Carmen said confused. "Yeah, I was...um....sniffing the floor for...um....dust?" I said. Very smooth Maddi, very smooth. "Were you eavesdropping on me?" Carmen said suspiciously. "Uhhh...maybe." I say and have a noticeable fake smile. "Ok, well lets go downstairs. I'm starting to get really hungry." She said like my eavesdropping didn't bother her. Crap, I forgot to call mom. "Hey, I'll be right back." I say and go outside to call my mom.

Louis POV

All of the guys already left when they heard that there was going to be a pie eating contest at the park. I think that they entered Niall so they went to go cheer him on. I said I was going to meet them there so now I have to get up and get ready. Ugh.

BUZZ BUZZ, BUZZ BUZZ

It's a text from Zayn. Liam and Harry dropped him off somewhere before going to the park, but I don't remember where. I opened the text message. SHIT! I got my jacket and ran to Carmen's house.
Ding Dong, Ding Dong
"Hey LouBear, what's up?" she said as she answered the door. "We have to go, now!" I said freaking out trying to rush her out of the door. "Why what's wrong?" she said as she put her jacket on. "Niall is....."
