Chapter 12
Carmen POV
Great! "So....this is the one you keep talking about." Harry said with a gigantic smile on his face. "Yep, this is Maddi." I say and give her a huge bear hug. "Hello love." Louis says. "Hiya" Maddi said and giggled. "I'm Harry" Harry said and took Maddi's hand and kissed it. WTF! "Hehe, nice to meet you." Maddi giggled and blushed a little bit. "I'm Zayn" Zayn mumbled as he tried to sit down. Liam went over and helped Zayn. Maddi looked at me like "what's going on?". I looked back at her with a sorrowful face which she knew meant "I'll tell you later". "I'm Liam and this is Louis who you've already met." Liam said, distracting Maddi from Zayn. "Nice to meet you." Maddi replied. "I'm Niall" he said as he walked over to me and put his arms around my waist. I looked up at him and gave him a peck on the lips. "Awwww." Maddi said and quickly put her hand over her mouth. "Sorry." she chuckled. "Well, why don't we get inside. It's starting to get a bit chilly out here." Louis says and we all start walking in. We have no clue what to do so we decided to watch Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince on Netflix. Maddi had never seen it before so it kinda freaked her out. She was sitting right next to Harry and whenever she got scared, she would scoot closer to him. By the time the movie was over she was practically in his lap. He didn't seem to mind. "CARROTS!!!" we all here Louis scream out of nowhere. Awww, he fell asleep. "What the hell?" Harry whispered. "Carrots do sound good right now." Niall said. We all laughed and accidentally woke Louis up. "Are you hungry lad?" Liam asked. "What?" he asked looking either really confused or just groggy from being woken up by our laughter. "Were you dreaming about carrots again?" I asked him. "Maybe... wait how do you know that?" he asked. "You kept on screaming carrots" Maddi said with a smile on her face. "Ohhh, oops."Louis said and started blushing from embarrassment. "All of this talk about food is making me kinda hungry."Niall said. "Me too. Lets go out to eat." Harry said. "Where should we go?" I asked them. "Nandos!" All 5 of them yelled. All of them but Zayn rushed out the door. "I need to go to the bathroom. Where is it?" Maddi asked. "Up the stairs, third door on the right." I replied. She rushed up the stairs and I heard the door slam. I looked over at Zayn who had his head in his hands and I could hear him mumbling. I walked over and kneeled down in front of him. "Zayn, what's wrong?" I asked even though I kinda already knew what is wrong. "I am such an idiot. If didn't run across the road like a fucking moron, I wouldn't be in this situation." he said with hurt in his voice. I don't know what to do. I just sat in front of him and kept thinking until he broke the silence. "What am I going to do?" he said. "Well, for one thing you need to eat something." I said hoping that he would come with us to Nandos. "Come on, I'll help you to the car." I said and started helping him stand up. Maddi started coming down the stairs as we were walking to the car. "We'll meet you guys at Nandos." I said to the guys as i helped Zayn into my car. "Maddi why don't you go with them." I asked her."Yeah we can get to know each other better."Harry said and helped Maddi into the car. "See you there."
Maddi POV
Well thanks to Carmen I have to be in a car with 4 guys that I barely know. At least I'm siting next to Harry. He is super cute and really funny. "Hey does anyone mind if I stop for some gas?" Louis asked us. "No, go right ahead." I said. I will be with Harry for a little while longer. As we pulled up to the gas station I heard Liam ask, "Who wants to go inside really fast and get an Icee?" Almost the whole group left the car...except for Harry and me. "This might take a while."Harry told me. "Great. Do you mind if I call my mom real quick?" I asked him. "Go right ahead love." He said.
"Hello?" my mom answered. "Hi mom is it alright with you if I stay at Carmen's house tonight?" I asked her. "Sure, just be home by 5:00 tomorrow night. We are going to have a family dinner." she replied. "Thanks mom, love you." I said and hung up. "Sorry about that. I didn't want her to worry." I said. "It's fine." he said. we sat in silence for 5 minutes. I was getting tired and started yawning. "If you're getting tired you can put your head in my lap and fall asleep."Harry said to me. "Oh thanks." I said and got situated and laid my head in his lap. In about 5 minutes I was asleep. I woke up to something warm and wet on my forehead. Was he kissing my forehead. I pretended to still be asleep. "Hey we're back!" Louis screamed as him, Liam, and Niall hopped into the car. This was the perfect moment to "wake up". "Hey sleepy head" harry said and smiled with that beautiful smile of his.He even has a cute little dimple. "We might want to get to Nandos. Carmen and Zayn don't know where we are." Niall said. "Yeah, let's get going." Liam said.
