" wake up sweetie, get up for school " my mom wakes me up. i get up and looked at her. " can i take a shower and get dress without my mother watching me " i say sarcastically. she rolls her eyes then leaves. i take a quick shower. when i finished i put on a regular my own style if you hate it then so what outfit.
i run downstairs and jumped in the chair. " what's wrong? " my mom says. " i have to get to the food before Dex does you know he never leaves me any breakfast and i can't stand that " i say. " what's cooking? " i turn to see Dexter coming downstairs. " nothing for you just turkey bacon " i lie to get him to not eat. he is allergic to turkey bacon. " oatmeal and stop being mean to your brother " my mom says. " you know i'm not that really hungry this morning maybe i'll get something on the way to school " i say trying to avoid oatmeal. i grabbed my bag and ran out. i walked to my car before i started it my phone buzzed twice. two messages.
Courtney: hey mama pick me up please.
Me: sure i'm on my way.
