Krista's pov
I walk back into the house, seeing Liam, Niall, Zayn, and Louis on the couches.
"Where's Harry?" i ask, putting away the groceries.
"He has been in Cate's room all day. He checks on her every second." Louis groans, "he won't let us even look at her, far less look go in the room." Niall chuckles.
"That's...interesting." i say, then Harry walks in and quickly grabs a glass of water but i stop him.

"Oh, did she ask for water?" i ask.
"No...I just thought she'd want one." he looks down, blushing at his feet.
"Aw, I think Harry has a little crush!" Louis pokes at his sides.
"Shut up Louis, she is hurt...I need to make her feel better." he blushes.

I roll my eyes and turn to the kitchen.

"What ya cookin'?" he asks and i turn around, pushing him out.
"Out, out, out, you all can;t come in here. I am cooking dinner for you guys!" i shove him out and into the living room.

"Food is done!" i shout and Niall comes rushing in.

"Food!" he digs into a plate i had already sat out.
Damn boy!
Half the plate was gone already!

I sit with the boys and Cate comes in and sits next to Harry.
I sit next to Louis and we all start telling weird stories.

"And once Cate and i were walking and i kicked a guy in the-" i stop, feeling a hand on my thigh.
I look on both sides of me.
Louis and Zayn.

I put my hand on the other and Louis winks at me, pulling his hand back with an apologetic smile.

"Everything okay, Krista?" Liam asks, Louis head shoots to me, worry filling his perfect blue eyes.
I smile.
"I'm fine." i say and get from the table.

What if I can't really trust them? What if they hurt me? Or use me?

I have to trust them...
